【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 静止基板と静止基板から上方内側に突出し
た綴用半リングと、静止基板上を摺動する摺動基
板と、摺動基板から上方内側に突出した綴用半リ
ングとを有し、摺動基板がバインダーの開及び閉
位置間にて静止基板上を摺動し、摺動基板が閉位
置にあるとき、上記の両綴用半リングが互いに係
合して一つの綴用リングを形成するバインダー綴
具において、静止基板と摺動基板のいずれか一方
からピンを突設し、このピンが嵌入される案内溝
を他方の基板に形成し、この案内溝を摺動基板の
長手方向に対して斜めに延ばすと共に、少なくと
も摺動基板の端部に引き押し用のつまみ片を設け
ることにより、つまみ片の押し引きにより、摺動
基板をその長手方向に対して斜めに摺動させ得る
ようにしたことを特徴とするバインダー綴具。 (2) 案内溝の端部にピンに対するロツク手段が
