Abstract

PURPOSE:To attain position control with high accuracy and with simple constitution by rotating a sensor screw to control the position within a sensor bar. CONSTITUTION:A sensor screw 128 is fitted into an attachment screw hole of a sensor bar 130. When the screw 128 is rotated, the bar 130 slides in parallel with the sliding direction of a carriage together with the screw 128 and the bar 130 attached to a sensor base part 125.
