ガするトリガ回路と、コンデンサと抵抗体との直
列体で構成されるとともに、上記半導体スイツチ
ング素子と負荷との間に位置して該半導体スイツ
チング素子に並列接続されたサージ吸収回路とを
備え、上記サージ吸収回路におけるコンデンサに
チヤージ電荷の放電用の抵抗体を並列接続したこ
