を直列制御するトランジスタと、このトランジス
タの導通を制御する演算増巾器と、上記トランジ
スタと負荷との間に直列に挿入された分流抵抗と
、入力電圧と上記分流抵抗の負荷側端子に生じる
電圧との和を分圧して上記演算増巾器の非反転入
力に与える抵抗と、上記分流抵抗の電源側端子に
生じる電圧を分圧して上記演算増巾器の反転入力
に与える抵抗とを備えたことを特徴とする負荷駆
