The present invention will be explained in detail below with reference to Examples. Ceiling board A
is manufactured by the following method. In other words, first, rock wool board 1
Apply 10 g to 50/1 x 2 squares of Natsume Color Paint 7 on the surface. Here, as the summer-colored paint 7, a water-based paint (viscosity is #4, 15 seconds to 60 seconds, solid content 30% to 70%, resin content 10% to 30%) is used,
The pigment used is a water-based pigment or a water-based dye, and has a light color similar to the summer color of natural wood. After a summer color paint 7 is applied to the surface of the rock wool board 1, it is dried with infrared rays, hot air, etc., and then a winter color paint 8 is applied with a reverse coater in an amount of 10 to 50 g/1 x 2 squares. Here, the winter-colored paint 8 is a water-based paint (viscosity is Ford Cup #4, 15 seconds to 60 seconds,
The solid content is 20% to 70%, the resin content is 10% to 30%), and the pigment is an aqueous pigment or an aqueous dye. Note that the winter-colored paint 8 may be an oil-based paint. When this winter-colored paint 8 is wet, it is applied with a flat mold or roll to a pressure of 10 to 15%.
Press at Kg/cm 2 to form wood grain pattern unevenness 2. At this time, the flat mold or roll is provided with unevenness for forming the wood grain pattern-like unevenness 2. However, in the rock wool board 1, the winter-colored paint 8 soaks into the rock wool board 1 in the valleys 4 where the pressure is large, and the already dried summer-colored paint 7 comes out on the surface, but in the mountain parts In case 3, since the pressure is small, the winter-colored paint 8 remains, giving a natural wood feel. Note that the difference in height between the peak portion 3 and the peak portion 4 is approximately 1 to 2 mm. Next, other embodiments of the present invention will be described. In the above example, the summer color paint 7 was first applied, and after drying, the winter color paint 8 was applied, and this was pressed in a wet state, but in contrast to this, the winter color paint was first applied to the rock wool 1. 8 may be applied, and after drying, a summer-colored paint 7 may be applied and pressed while this is wet. Furthermore, in the above example, two different colored paints were used, but the rock wool board 1
It is also possible to apply a single color paint 9 on top and press it while it is wet. In this case, Tanibe 4
Since the applied pressure is large, the single color paint 9 soaks into the rock wool board 1 and becomes thinner, resulting in a summer look 6. On the peaks 3, the single color paint 9 remains because the pressure is small and becomes darker. This part is the 7th winter. In each of the ceiling panels A manufactured by the above-mentioned methods, the color of the painted surface of the wood grain pattern unevenness 2 on the surface of the rock wool panel 1 is different between the peaks 3 and the valleys 4 in summer and winter. 6.

Thus, in the present invention, since the paint is applied to the surface of the rock wool board and the paint is pressed in a wet state to form unevenness in a wood grain pattern, the pressure applied to each part of the surface of the rock wool board is reduced. It is possible to simultaneously form unevenness in the shape of a wood grain pattern and distinguish the color tones between peaks and valleys by utilizing the difference in color, and it has the advantage of being able to manufacture wood grain patterned ceiling panels by a simple method. . Also, there are two types of paint: summer color paint and winter color paint.
If different types of paint are used, it is possible to create a ceiling board with a wood grain pattern that closely resembles natural wood, and even if a single color of paint is used, a ceiling board with a wood grain pattern can be manufactured easily. be.
