CONSTITUTION:A turbine 4 is fixed to the lower part of a stirring shaft 2 and a stator 5 connected to fixing rods 6 is arranged to the outside of said turbine 4 to form an axial flow type shearing part 3 while a turbine 8 and a stator 9 are provided to the upper part of the stirring shaft 2 in the same way to form an axial flow type shearing part 7.
