Conventionally, most existing rice cookers are equipped with a heating plate with a heater embedded inside the container frame, and the pot housed in the container frame is placed on the heating plate and heated by heat conduction from the heating plate. However, with this structure, only the areas in contact with the heating plate were heated well, and the areas far from the heating plate were not heated as much, making it impossible to cook rice uniformly. A device was developed and appeared in which a heater is installed away from the pot, and the radiant heat generated by the heater uniformly heats the bottom and surrounding sides of the pot via the surrounding air layer. It's coming. According to this method, unlike the conventional method described above, rice can be cooked evenly, but on the other hand, there is a problem that the radiant heat generated by the heater is transmitted not only to the pot but also to the container frame that houses the pot. For this reason, especially in this case, the container frame must have insulation properties to eliminate heat dissipation to the outside of the container.
However, what is currently being done for this purpose is the usual method of constructing the container frame with a double wall of an outer frame and an inner frame, and filling the space with an insulating material such as glass wool. The thermal insulation structure using the thermal insulation material has a limited performance and causes considerable heat loss, and since it cannot be insulated unless it is thick enough, the thickness divider frame becomes larger and the surface area increases, resulting in even more heat loss. There was a drawback that caused

The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned circumstances, and its purpose is to improve the heat insulation of the container frame and to reduce its size, mainly for devices that perform so-called furnace-style heating. There is a rice cooker provided.

Hereinafter, one embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. First, 1 is a container frame; 2 is a container frame 1;
3 is an inner lid that closes the opening on the top surface of the pot 2, 4 is a lid that further closes the upper part of the inner lid 3, and 5 is a handle. On the other hand, reference numeral 6 denotes a base installed in the lower base 7 of the container frame 1 with proper insulation, and the detection part 8 of the rice-cooking completion detection switch which is in contact with the bottom of the pot 2 is located at the center of the upper surface of this base, and the base 6 is also attached to the bottom of the pot 2. Cover 1 that incorporates a temperature sensor that comes into contact with a heat retention detection switch 9
0 is attached, and an insulator 11 is attached to the outer periphery, and a rice cooking heater 12 and a heat-retaining heater 13 are placed on this insulator 11.
are installed so as to be separated from the inner bottom surface of the container frame 1 and also from the outer bottom surface of the pot 2. Now, to describe the container frame 1 in detail, that is, this container frame 1.
The outer frame 14 is made of a material with excellent thermal conductivity, especially stainless steel, and the inner frame 15 is also made of stainless steel. It is a double-walled structure in which all parts to be joined, such as the peripheral edge and upper edge of the hole, are tightly joined by welding etc., especially between the outer and inner frames 14 and 15. The pressure is reduced to, for example, about 10 -6 [mmHg] to create a vacuum. This container frame 1 has a vacuum at the bottom as well as the circumferential side, and there is a hole at the bottom for passing through the temperature sensor. It penetrates so as to come out from the bottom of the container frame 1. Moreover, the rice cooking heater 12 and the heat retention heater 13
are located on the bottom of the container frame 1 and spaced apart from the inner frame 15. On the other hand, 16 is the container frame 1
In particular, a support frame made of a heat insulating material such as plastic attached to the upper edge of the inner frame 15 allows the pot 2 to be separated from the rice cooking heater 12 and the heat-retaining heater 13 through this support frame. .

As described above, according to this embodiment, the container frame 1 is replaced by the outer frame 1.
4 and an inner frame 15 closely joined to the inner frame 15, and a vacuum is created between them.In short, the container frame 1 does not have air that causes convection to transfer heat, and is thus As a result, heat radiation can be suppressed to a lower level than with conventional heat insulating materials, and heat insulation properties can be improved, that is, heat loss can be reduced, and thereby rice can be cooked more efficiently. In addition, in the case of a furnace-like type in which the pot 2 is heated by radiant heat from the heaters 12 and 13 as in this embodiment, the pot frame 1 is also heated as described above, and the rice cooking heater 12 is normally heated especially during rice cooking.
Because it generates a high fever of 700 to 800 degrees Celsius,
If the container frame 1 is made of glass or the like, it is likely that it will undergo abnormal thermal expansion and break, especially near the heater 12. In this regard, in this embodiment, since both the inner frame 15 and the outer frame 14 of the container frame 1 are made of stainless steel with excellent thermal conductivity,
Thermal expansion as described above does not occur, and therefore, the product can be made sufficiently durable for use without cracking. Moreover, in this example,
Due to the stainless steel material, there is no need for a plate as thick as aluminum, and a thin wall can ensure sufficient strength to withstand vacuum, and the thinness also reduces heat loss. Furthermore, stainless steel has a lower emissivity than ordinary steel plates, etc. Therefore, the inner frame 15 made of stainless steel reflects the heat of the heaters 12 and 13 well and contributes to the heating of the pot 2. On the other hand, the outer frame 14
This helps to further reduce heat loss due to radiation.

On the other hand, the vacuum insulation described above does not need to be as thick as conventional insulation materials, and it provides sufficient insulation even with a thin structure, so the container frame 1 itself can be made thinner. It can be made smaller and the surface area can be reduced accordingly, further reducing heat loss.

In addition, since the heat-retaining heater 13 is provided together with the rice-cooking heater 12, that is, apart from the inner frame 15, the heat-retaining heater 13 is referred to as a body heater or the like.
There is no heat loss directly transmitted to the inner frame 15 unlike in the conventional case where the inner frame 15 is attached in contact with the inner frame 15, and especially when the inner frame 15 is made of a material with good thermal conductivity such as the above-mentioned stainless steel. It is even more effective because the heat transfer loss is considered to be large, and it is necessary to install and install parts such as the insulator 12 for the rice cooker heater 12.
There is even an advantage of being able to use the 1st class in common. Furthermore, since the thermosensor, which is located inside the container frame 1 and has a temperature sensing function for cooking rice and keeping it warm, is provided by passing the bottom of the container frame 1 from inside the container frame 1 and extending it out of the container frame 1. Accordingly, the electrical connection lead wire (not shown) is also located outside the pot casing 1, so that it is not exposed to the high temperature caused by the radiant heat of the heaters 12 and 13, and Since the water droplets attached to the outer surface of the product do not come into contact with the steam generated by heating, it is possible to eliminate the possibility of early deterioration, which is effective in ensuring safety. In this case, the same applies to the lead wires (not shown) for electrical connection of the heaters 12 and 13, and therefore, the same effect can be obtained therefrom as well.

In addition, especially in the case of this embodiment, the bottom of the container frame 1 as well as the peripheral side is in a vacuum, thereby making it possible to obtain even better heat insulation performance. In such a container frame 1, the above-mentioned temperature sensor and heater 12,
In order to allow the lead wires 13 to pass through the bottom of the container frame 1 and exit from the container frame 1, a hole for the insertion thereof is provided by closely joining the outer frame 14 and the inner frame 15 at the periphery of the hole at the bottom of the container frame 1. This not only does not impair the vacuum properties of the container frame 1, but also allows the joint between the outer frame 14 and the inner frame 15 at the bottom of the container frame 1 to be supported, thereby increasing the strength of that part. It is possible to reduce the occurrence of defective products such as deformation during handling during the assembly stage.

Furthermore, the support frame 16 in which the container frame 1 is made of a heat insulating material
Since pot 2 is supported through the
This has the advantage that heat can be prevented from being dissipated through the container frame 1 made of stainless steel with excellent thermal conductivity, and rice cooking or keeping warm can be carried out even more thermally efficiently than previously described.

However, the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above and shown in the drawings, and therefore, in addition to the above-mentioned configurations, for example, the temperature of the inner frame 15 rather than the pot 2 may be changed to detect the temperature of the inner frame 15 regarding heat retention. It may be implemented with appropriate changes within the scope without departing from the gist.
