Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は取鍋精錬装置、殊に真空取鍋精錬装置
におけるスロツピング対策装置に関するものであ
る。

本発明は上記のごときスロツピング発生時にお
ける取鍋精錬装置の欠陥を防止して精錬作業の続
行を可能にするためのスロツピング対策装置を提
供せんとするものであつて、取鍋上部、取鍋上部
外面、取鍋フランジ凹部及びカバー下部の凸部内
面を耐火材で被覆し、真空シール面を一段高くす
ると共に取鍋フランジ凹部に柔軟性のある耐火材
を敷きつめ、取鍋とカバーの溶着及びシールの焼
損を防止し、万一溶着が生じた場合でも取鍋の移
動が可能であるようにするものである。

分割用取鍋フランジを設けて両者を適数のクラン
プにより固定するようにしたことを特徴とする特
