Claims (1)
- シリンダ孔を有するボデイーと、上記シリンダ
孔に往復動自在に挿入されるプランジヤと、この
プランジヤの先端面とシリンダ孔の内面との間に
形成されるポンプ室と、上記ポンプ室の流入口側
に設けられてポンプ室への液の流入のみを許す流
入側逆止弁と、上記プランジヤとボデイーとの間
に設けられかつプランジヤの円周方向に沿う環状
溝を有したセルフシールパツキンと、上記プラン
ジヤの外周面とシリンダ孔の内周面との間に形成
されて上記パツキンの環状溝と上記ポンプ室とを
結ぶ流入側液通路と、上記ボデイーに設けられか
つ一端側が上記パツキンの環状溝に連通する流出
側液通路と、この流出側液通路の他端側に設けら
れかつこの液通路からの液の流出のみを許す流出
側逆止弁とを具備したことを特徴とする小流量プ
ランジヤポンプ。
