Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は洗濯機のプロペラ円盤(パルセータ)
に関し布痛み布がらみをなくすためのものであ
る。従来洗濯機は洗濯槽底部でプロペラ円盤が回
転し洗濯するものであるが短時間で良く汚れが落
ちる利点がある反面、布痛み布がらみが大きいと
いう欠点があつた。これは、渦巻水流より3倍の
速さで回転するプロペラ円盤の4枚の羽根によつ
て布が直接回転撹拌されるため布痛み、布がらみ
がひどくなつていた。このためプロペラ円盤の〓
を大きくし回転数を下げた機種やプロペラ円盤の
位置を隅にずらしたりした機種もあるが羽根が布
に当たるため布痛みにはあまり効果がなかつた。
この考案はプロペラ円盤の羽根による布への直接
撹拌をなくし渦巻水流のみによつて布を撹拌する

本考案の実施例を図によつて説明すると、従来
のポリプロピレン樹脂成形によつて作られたプロ
ペラ円盤1の4枚の羽根2の全体又は羽根の傾斜
面部分をすべりの良いテフロン樹脂表皮3とした
ものである。第2図は従来のポリプロピレン製の
プロペラ円盤の羽根2傾斜面にテフロンシートを
つけたものである。又第4図はポリプロピレン製
のプロペラ円盤の羽根傾斜面にテフロンシート形
の窪みhをつけこの窪みにテフロンシートをはめ
込み接着したもので取り付けやすくはがれにくく
なる。又既に使用されている洗濯機のプロペラ円
盤羽根傾斜面をテフロン樹脂表皮とする目的の実
施例として羽根傾斜面の形をした第5,6図のよ
うなテフロンシート片面をゴムコーテイングして
粘着剤をつけ剥離紙5つけたテフロン樹脂表皮3
を8枚1セツトとして洗濯機使用者が自身ではれ

流を起し布を撹拌していたのであるがこのため布
の羽根2に当たる部分は常に直接羽根2により強
く、又渦巻水流より3倍の速さで回転撹拌され布
痛み、布がらみが成じていた。そこで本考案のよ
うにプロペラ円盤1の羽根2傾斜面をすべりの良
いテフロン樹脂表皮3面とすれば羽根2傾斜面に
当たる布は上方向にすべるため羽根2によつて直
接回転撹拌される事なく渦巻水流だけにより布は
撹拌されるため布痛み、布がらみなくなる。渦巻
水流は流体であるためエネルギーは拡散され弱
く、水流全体によつて布は動き回転するため1部
分が引張られる事がないため布痛みがなくなる。
尚表皮厚は0.5〜2ミリ位である。本考案の効果
は布痛みはセータを洗つても痛まず洗え下着類の
縫い目がきれたりする事も全くなるなる。水を少
なくしても痛まず洗え従つて洗剤を少なくする事
ができる。布がらみも少なくなる等の特徴があ
