Claims

平板状のアース導体と、一つの主表面にその対
向する２つの辺の一方から他方に向かつて走る少
なくとも１本の電極膜が形成され、いま一つの主
表面に上記電極膜に対向する共通電極膜が形成さ
れてなる誘電体板と、絶縁性を有する磁性体と、
誘電体板の上記電極膜に対応して設けられた一対
の脚部を有する導電端子とを備え、上記誘電体板
はその共通電極膜がアース導体の一つの主表面に
導電的に接続される一方、上記磁性体板はアース
導体のいま一つの主表面上に配置され、上記導電
端子はその両脚部の間に上記誘電体板、アース導
体および磁性体が位置するように配置され、導電
端子の片側の脚部が誘電体板の電極膜に沿いこの
電極膜に導電的に接続されていることを特徴とす
