ギヤポンプによつて溶融状態の熱硬化性樹脂を
圧輸送する場合、前記被輸送樹脂が軸受と軸との
摺接間隙に進入し、該樹脂は潤滑性を有しない場
合は勿論、潤滑性樹脂の場合でも摺動摩擦熱によ
り変質するため自己潤滑させることには問題があ
つた。そのため、含油軸受などを使用した潤滑方
法もあるが、耐蝕性が劣るため寿命が短縮される
欠点があつた。それ故、従来、このような液体の
輸送には大型でかつ構造複雑な外部軸受方式のギ
ヤポンプを用いざるを得なかつた。

ものである。前カバー2および後カバー3には
夫々潤滑油としてグリス問うの供給孔2a,3a
と、それに続く潤滑油路として溝2b,3bが設
けられ、軸受5のポンプ軸4との摺動面には軸方
向潤滑油路5mが設けられる。

と前記シールリング8aとの間をシールする。前
記滑り止めピン8cはシールリング8aの円周方
向に沿い複数固設けられ、シールリング8aがシ
ール部材収納溝5′内で円周方向に摺動するのを
阻止する。またシール部材収納溝5′には反ギヤ
側にピン8cに嵌挿されてコイルばね部材8dが
装着され、夫々のシールリング8aはギヤ側シー
ルリング9aに対して押圧付勢される。更にギヤ
6の前記軸受側シール部材8と対向する部分には
ギヤ側シール部材収納溝6′が設けられ、該溝に
は前記と同様にしてOリング9bにより液密とさ
れるとともに滑り止めピン9cによつて空転防止
されたシールリング9aを有するギヤ側シール部
材9が収納される。
