In general, for roofs with a daylighting section, if the daylighting body is molded from synthetic resin, the following regulations apply for fire prevention reasons. In other words, the length of the daylighting area should be less than 1/4 of the total roof area, less than 40m2 in one section, and the length of the daylighting area should be 5m in the flow direction of the roof.
For example, do the following. Therefore, in the case of a type that has a long lighting section from the ridge to the eaves, the lighting section is divided and noncombustible material is placed at the divided point. Conventional roof lighting structures in which the lighting body has an arched cross section in order to increase the lighting efficiency have specifically been constructed as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3. That is, a plurality of lighting bodies 1' each having a dome shape are arranged at intervals in a lighting opening 5' of the roof, and a flat plate-shaped iron noncombustible material 2' is arranged between the lighting bodies 1'. The ends of the noncombustible material 2' are overlapped and connected to the flange 7' of the flange 7'. However, in this conventional structure, the lighting body 1' and the non-combustible material 2' are connected to each other by flat plates, so rainwater does not flow down smoothly and rainwater temporarily accumulates in the overlapping area, causing the lighting body 1'
There was a problem that leakage was likely to occur from the connection point between the material and the noncombustible material 2', making it difficult to shut off rain. 13' is a support member, and 14' is a beam member.

The gist of the present invention is to form an elongated lighting opening 5 on the roof surface, arrange a plurality of lighting elements 1 having an arch-shaped cross section at intervals in the opening 5, and arrange the lighting elements 1 at intervals.
The arch-shaped non-combustible material 2 is molded from a transparent synthetic resin, and the arch-shaped non-combustible material 2 is molded from a non-combustible material to have approximately the same cross-sectional shape as the daylighting body 1 at the above-mentioned interval. This relates to a roof lighting structure in which each end of the lighting body 1 is connected in a watertight manner. Hereinafter, the present invention will be explained in detail based on illustrated embodiments. Openings for daylighting are formed between roof panels 6 such as wavy roof panels, and these openings 5 are connected to the lighting body 1.
and is closed with an arch-shaped noncombustible material 2. The opening 5 is formed to become longer from the ridge 3 to the eaves. The lighting body 1 is made of flame-retardant and translucent synthetic resin such as polycarbonate resin, and is made of two types: a short lighting body 9 which is an intermediate member, and an end lighting body 20 which is an upper and lower end member. Become.
The lighting strips 9 are long in series from the ridge 3 to the eaves, corresponding to the openings 5, and are spaced at intervals of 2 m so that arch-shaped noncombustible materials 2, which will be described later, are interposed every 5 m. The cross section of the lighting body 1 is formed in an arch shape. An outer flange 7 extends from the lower edges of the short lighting body 9 and the end lighting body 20, and a draining piece 8 is provided at the extending tip of the outer flange 7. Quadrilateral end lighting bodies 20 are disposed at both ends of the opening 5. A plurality of reinforcing ribs 10 are formed in the direction of bending of the lighting short body 9. Reference numeral 2 is an arch-shaped noncombustible material made of a noncombustible material such as an iron plate. The arch-shaped noncombustible material 2 is a short piece, and its cross-sectional shape is approximately the same as the cross-sectional shape of the lighting short body 9, so that it can be stacked and connected to the front or back side of the end of the lighting short body 9. It is set as. An outer flange 12 having a draining piece 11 extends from the lower edge of the arch-shaped noncombustible material 2.
Reference numeral 13 denotes a support member having a cross-section shaped like the letter L, and is provided around the four edges of the opening 5. The edge of the roofing material 6 is attached to the web 15 of the support material 13 at a welded portion 16. The support member 13 is placed on a beam 14, and the lower horizontal piece 21 is attached at a welded portion 16. Short lighting body 9 or short lighting body 9 and end lighting body 20
The ends are overlapped and connected so as to have a hollow part 22. Outer flange 7 of lighting short body 9
is mounted on the upper horizontal piece 17 of the support member 13 via a packing material 18, and the outer collar 7 is fixed to the upper horizontal piece 17 with fixing means 19 such as bolts and nuts. The arch-shaped noncombustible material 2 is arranged at the above-mentioned space between the lighting strips 9, and both ends of the arch-shaped noncombustible material 9 are attached to the ends of the lighting strips 9 via packing materials 18. It is fitted externally. The outer flange 12 of the arch-shaped noncombustible material 2 is fixed to the upper horizontal piece 17 of the support member 13 via a packing material 18 by fixing means 19. In addition, the connection between the short lighting bodies 9 and the connection between the short lighting bodies 9 and the end lighting bodies 20 are also made using the packing material 18.
It may also be done via In addition, arch-shaped noncombustible material 2
If both ends of the lighting strip 9 are molded into the same shape as both ends of the lighting strip 9, or the arch-shaped noncombustible material 2 is molded to have the same overall shape as the lighting strip 9,
Since the arch-shaped noncombustible material 2 can be connected in exactly the same way as connecting the lighting strips 9, watertightness and workability are further improved. The connection status is shown in Figure 10A.
Shown in b and c. Figure 10A shows one end of the arch-shaped noncombustible material 2 made into square waves, Figure 10B shows both ends made into round waves, and Figure 10C shows both ends made into square waves. A flange is formed by raising the upper part upward.

As described above, in this invention, an elongated opening for daylighting is formed on the roof surface, and a plurality of daylighting bodies with an arch-shaped cross section are arranged at intervals in this opening, so that the daylighting bodies can be arched from the roof surface. There is an advantage that the lighting performance is improved by the amount of the protruding shape, and arch-shaped non-combustible material made of non-combustible material and formed to have approximately the same cross-sectional shape as the lighting body is disposed at the above-mentioned intervals, and the arch-shaped non-combustible material is Since each end with the lighting body is connected watertightly,
Not only does the daylighting element have better fire protection as it is separated by non-combustible material, but the cross-sectional shape of the daylighting element and the arched non-combustible material are the same, allowing rainwater to flow smoothly without stagnation in the middle. Therefore, there is an advantage that the connecting portion between the daylighting body and the arch-shaped noncombustible material can be easily closed from the rain. Furthermore, when the daylighting body is spliced to make a long piece, there is an advantage that the arch-shaped noncombustible material can be spliced in the same way during the series of splicing operations, which improves construction efficiency. especially,
Since the lighting elements are connected using arch-shaped noncombustible materials, it is possible to form a long lighting area from the ridge to the eaves, while meeting the Building Standards Act regulation that requires the length of the opening for lighting to be 5 m or less. It is possible to
This has the advantage of increasing the lighting ratio relative to the roof area. That is, by connecting daylighting bodies formed to lengths of 5m or less one after another via a noncombustible material, it is possible to cover a daylighting opening with a length of 5m or more.
