Claims (1)
- 基板上の厚膜金属からなる回路の一部に設けた
遮断部分で回路検査をしてから、前記遮断部分を
導通させて閉回路を構成する厚膜混成集積回路パ
ターンにおいて、前記厚膜金属による略円形の搭
載部品取付ランドを形成し、前記部品取付ランド
を部品取付方向に対し斜め方向に切断分割した前
記遮断部分を設けたことを特徴とする厚膜混成集
積回路パターン。
