後端も大きな曲率半径の下向き彎曲面となつてい
るのでカバーの長さ方向の曲率半径も大きく取る
ことができる。したがつてカバーは、その表面曲
率半径を長さ方向,巾方向のいずれにも大きくす
ることができるので、使用時の表面摩擦抵抗が少
なくなり、使用感が軽快になるとともに使用衣料
自体の損傷が少なくなり、また、スライダーのカ
バー外面に施したメツキまたは塗装に対する傷害
が軽減されるので、永く美観を維持することがで
