[Detailed description of the invention] <Industrial application field> This invention relates to the improvement of the sole of athletic shoes.
More specifically, the present invention relates to the improvement of the soles of athletic shoes suitable for use in athletic events involving jumps with a large landing impact, such as volleyball and basketball.
In particular, a sole of an athletic shoe that can freely attach a member with an optimal hardness to the part of the sole that is susceptible to landing impact depending on the difference in the weight of the wearer, thereby obtaining the best cushioning effect of the athletic shoe. It is about improvement.

<Prior Art> There have been many shoes equipped with a structure for mitigating landing impact, which is an inherent technical issue of athletic shoes. For example, as a shoe intended to intensively alleviate areas that are particularly susceptible to landing impact,
-There is No. 9012. According to this idea, a colored elastic board made of synthetic resin is attached to the upper surface of the sole leather board, excluding the arch, with several holes drilled in the toe (corresponding to the front treading part) and the ground contact part of the heel. However, there has been a structure in which several bulges formed in the elastic plate are fitted into the perforations, and the bulges are slightly protruded from the ground surface.

<Problems to be solved by the invention> However, although the conventional product mentioned above can certainly achieve the desired cushioning effect due to the elasticity of the colored synthetic resin elastic plate, the elastic plate does not directly attach to the sole of the shoe. Since it has a fixed structure, it has only a certain hardness and does not necessarily provide the best cushioning effect for wearers with different weights. In other words, normally, a heavier person will naturally experience greater landing pressure, and a harder elastic member is required to cushion the resulting landing impact, while a lighter person will need a softer elastic member as a shock absorber. This is because it is considered appropriate to use it as Incidentally, according to actual laboratory measurements conducted by the inventor, for example, when a person wearing athletic shoes lands from a height of 10 cm without bending the knees, an accelerometer detects the impact applied to the knees. It has been determined that the shock is small when the hardness of the sole of the shoes worn is 35° to 50°, and for a person weighing 96 kg, a shoe sole with a hardness of 50° to 60° is small. Therefore, in the conventional products, it is not possible to replace the shock absorbing material according to the difference in the weight of the wearer, and from this point of view, the conventional products have a limited cushioning effect and are not satisfactory.

<Means for Solving the Problems> The present invention overcomes the above-mentioned defects of the conventional products by forming a through hole or recess of an arbitrary shape in a desired part of the sole from the top side toward the ground surface. It consists of an outer sole in which a fitting part is perforated, and a cushion in which an elastic protrusion that matches the through hole or recessed fitting part protrudes from the lower surface side of a base plate formed in a desired shape, and the elastic protrusion of the cushion material is inserted into the shoe. It is configured to be detachably attached to the through hole or recessed fitting part from the upper surface side of the bottom.

<Function> In other words, the present invention has a structure in which the cushion material that fits into the hole or recess formed in the desired part of the shoe sole can be detachably attached, so that the wearer can adjust the wearer's weight to the maximum. By freely choosing a cushion material with suitable hardness and installing it,
It has the best impact cushioning function.

<Example> The present invention will be explained according to a typical example shown in the drawings. Figure 1 and FIG. An elastic protrusion 4 formed in the shape of a heel is shown protruding from approximately the center of the lower surface side of the base plate 3, which is cut into a heel shape.
serves as a support part when the cushion material B is attached, and plays the role of supporting the elastic protrusion 4 at the periphery of the through hole 1 or recessed fitting part 2 of the sole, which will be described later, and dispersing the push-up from the ground. At this time, the substrate portion 3 and the elastic projections 4 are made of synthetic rubber such as styrene-butadiene rubber, EVA, (vinyl chloride acetate), synthetic rubber sponge, or natural rubber, and are made of impact-resistant and durable elastic members. Moreover, it is of course possible to integrally form both parts using the same member, or to connect and form them using different members.

Next, FIG. 2 1 shows a plan view showing the contact surface side (R) of the sole, and a cross-sectional view of the main part thereof, and shows a through hole 1 passing through the outer sole A approximately in the center of the heel treading part. It shows what has been drilled. Next, FIG. 3 shows a state in which the elastic protrusion 4 of the cushion material B is fitted into the through hole 1 of the outsole A from the upper side A of the sole, and the insole 8 is placed on the base plate 3. This is what is shown. In addition to the cushion material B shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, as shown in FIGS. It can also be attached to the section as appropriate. Of course, the shapes of the base portion 3 and the elastic projections 4 of the cushion material B are not limited to this.
It can be formed into any shape. Furthermore, in addition to being attached to the base plate 3, the elastic protrusion 4 can also be attached directly or indirectly to the back side of the base plate 3 using an insole. Next, FIGS. 5 to 5 show modified versions of the present invention, in which instead of the above-mentioned through hole 1, a recess is fitted from the upper surface side A of the shoe sole B to the tread surface side B direction. The recessed fitting part 2 penetrates the inner sole 5 and extends to approximately the lower end of the outer sole A. FIG. This figure shows a plurality of layers of an intermediate sole 6 and a grounding sole 7, and the recessed fitting portion 2 drilled up to the intermediate sole 5 and the intermediate sole 6 is covered with the grounding sole 7. Therefore, in the above-described embodiment, the cushion material B is embedded in the inner surface of the sole so that the cushion material B does not come into direct contact with the ground. Of course, the outer sole A can also be applied to a structure in which various types of sole materials are laminated in addition to those described above.

<Effect of the invention> Therefore, according to the invention, the cushion material B is configured to be removably attached to the sole of the shoe, especially to the heel treading part or front treading part, etc., where the landing impact is highest. , the wearer can freely choose the one that suits his/her body weight from various cushion materials B with different hardness and attach it to it, especially for volleyball, basketball, which require intense footwork with jumps, If this is applied to running shoes, it will be possible to achieve the best shock absorption, prevent the occurrence of various running disorders such as bruises, sprains, and muscle injuries caused by the impact of landing, and provide a comfortable wearing experience. can. Furthermore, in the case of a structure in which the cushion material B is exposed by penetrating the outer sole A, a progressively innovative design can be expected by using various variations in the color and shape of the cushion material B. Therefore, as mentioned above, the present invention has extremely high practical value as an athletic shoe to be worn for all kinds of sports including volleyball and basketball.
