【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は粉体現像剤用容器に関するものであ
る。

された静電荷潜像は、適当な現像器においてトナ
ーと称する現像剤によつて現像されることにより
可視画像が形成される。而して現像剤は現像の度
毎に消費されるものであるから、定期的に現像器
の現像剤タンク内に現像剤を補給することが必要
である。そして、必要となつたときには所要量の
現像剤を直ちに補給することができるよう、現像
剤用容器内に所要量の現像剤を充填してこれを現
像器の近辺に準備しておくことが望ましい。

が非常に困難となる。即ち前述した通り現像剤の
粒径が2〜30ミクロンという微粉であるためブリ
ツジ現象といつた現像剤づまりを生じ徒に周辺に
散乱し、少量づつしか現像剤の充填が行なわれ
ず、充填に長時間を要するばかりでなく、飛散に
よる損失が多くかつ周辺を汚染するという弊害が
ともなう。他方容器の開口部を大きくすると現像
剤の充填は容易になるが前記の理由で現像器への
注入が困難になるなどの難点があつた。

填を容易にかつ円滑に達成することができると共
に、現像器の現像剤タンクへの注入を、他の器具
を用いることなく好適に達成することのできる粉
体現像剤用容器を提供することを目的とする。

排出用の小口径の開口4を形成せしめた先端筒部
3Bと、前記基端筒部3A及び先端筒部3Bを互
に接続するロート状の中間部3Cとより成る例え
ばポリエチレン製の中蓋3を設け、前記基端筒部
3Aの内周面には前記凹部1Bと噛みあう凸部3
D及び凸起3Fを形成して当該基端筒部3Aを前
記容器本体1の筒部1Aに緊密に嵌合し例えば凸
部及び凹部の本体1開口部側の傾斜を緩かにし本
体1の底部側の傾斜を急にするなどして容易に脱
離しがたいように固定すると共に、前記先端筒部
3Bの外周面にネジ3Eを形成する。そしてこの
ネジ3Eと螺合して当該先端筒部3Bに緊密に嵌
合し前記開口4を塞ぐ上蓋5を設け、以つて粉体
現像剤用容器を構成せしめる。なお、前記3Fは
凹部及び凸部の噛合いによる嵌合をより確実にす
ると共に嵌合部への現像剤の流入を防止するなど
の作用も有している。

内に所要量の粉体現像剤の充填を達成することが
できる。そして充填後、中蓋3の基端筒部3Aを
容器本体1の筒部1Aに緊密に嵌合固定せしめ、
更にその先端筒部3Bに上蓋5を緊密に嵌合せし
めることにより、充填された粉体現像剤を密封す
ることができ、この状態で現像器の近傍に備えて
おくことができる。

他の器具を用いずにそのままで確実に粉体現像剤
を注入補給することができ、現像剤が外にこぼれ
たり飛散したりして周辺を汚損することがない。

いは半透明とすることにより、粉体現像剤の有無
及び1回の補給で全部を排出させなかつたときの
残量を目視により確認することができる。ポリエ
チレンは通常半透明であるから、この点において
も容器本体1の材質として好ましいものである。

て現像剤を注入して現像剤を散乱するなどの弊害
を除去する目的を有しているものである。
