In order to recover the wound as quickly as possible, exudate from inside the wound must be drained to the outside as soon as possible to prevent suppuration caused by a large amount of exudate accumulating on the wound surface, and to prevent bacteria from entering from the outside. In order to clean the scar, it is necessary to keep the wound surface in a moderately moist state at all times. For this reason, it is known that the protective material has a double structure and has the function of storing excess exudate. FIG. 3 shows such a protective material. 11 is the skin, 12 is the wound on it, 1
3 is a protective material that covers the wound 12 and has a plurality of through holes 14, and the through holes 14 are placed above the wound 12, and the surrounding adhesive material facing the skin 11 is used to protect the skin 11.
It is fixed on top. A covering material 15 is further fixed around the protective material 13 and forms an exudate storage chamber 16 between the protective material 13 and the covering material 15 .
The exudate 17 that has come out on the surface of the wound 12 is covered with the protective material 1.
The exudate is collected in the exudate storage chamber 16 through the through hole 14 of No. 3. However, protective materials with this structure have the disadvantage that the exudate storage capacity is constant, and exudate that exceeds this capacity leaks out. Also, if the adhesive strength is strengthened to prevent leakage, the protective material may be damaged. It has the disadvantage of increasing the physical irritation to the patient when it is removed, and there is also an extremely high risk of suppuration due to putrefaction of the exudate accumulated in the storage chamber.

The problems that this invention aims to solve are that exudate can be actively drained from the wound surface, the wound surface can be maintained in an appropriate moist state, and it can be used continuously for a long period of time without having to be replaced. The object of the present invention is to obtain a wound dressing and protective material.

The above-mentioned problem is solved according to the present invention, which is made of a material that is impermeable to liquids and permeable to gases, has an adhesive on the side facing the wound surface, and has multiple adhesives only in the center. a wound dressing having through-holes, a replaceable absorbent material placed over the wound dressing, and an absorbent covering made of a material impermeable to liquids and permeable to gases and covering the absorbent material. The present invention is solved in that the absorbent covering material can be opened when replacing the absorbent material.

According to the present invention, the exudate coming out from inside the wound is adhered to the skin around the wound surface with an adhesive, and the adhesive is not adhered to the wound surface due to the exudate and is temporarily retained by being surrounded by the wound dressing. After that, it is actively absorbed and retained in the absorbent material placed on it through the through holes of the wound dressing protector, while the wound surface is constantly maintained in a moderately moist state with fresh exudate, When the absorption capacity of the absorbent material decreases, open the seal of the absorbent covering material, remove the absorbent material, and insert a new absorbent material.

In the figure, 1 is the skin, 2 is a wound generated on the skin 1, and 3 is a wound dressing that covers the wound 2. The wound dressing 3 is made of a film made of a material impermeable to liquids but permeable to gases, such as polyurethane, polyvinyl chloride, or polyfluoroethylene, and covers the entire skin surface. A hypoallergenic adhesive 5 for adhering to the skin 1 is applied to the body 1, and a plurality of through holes 4 having a diameter of about 0.1 to 2 mm are formed in the center. This wound dressing 3 is fixed to the skin 1 with an adhesive 5 so that the portion with the through hole 4 is located above the wound and in close contact with the wound surface. An absorbent material 6 is placed on the portion of this wound dressing material 3 where the through hole 4 is formed. Absorbent material 6
is a material that has a large amount of absorption and does not lose its shape.
It can be constructed from fibers such as cotton, synthetic fibers, sponges, absorbent polymers (PVA, acrylic starch copolymers, etc.) and is replaceable. An absorbent dressing 7 is placed on the wound dressing 3 so as to cover the absorbent 6, but a part of the absorbent dressing 7, for example, one side 8 in the case of a quadrilateral shape, is also placed on the wound dressing 3. After being welded, the remaining portions, for example three sides, are coated with an adhesive 9 so that they can be bonded to the wound dressing 3 with this adhesive. Advantageously, the absorbent covering 7 is made of a material that is permeable to gases but impermeable to liquids, for example a film based on polyurethane, polyvinyl chloride or polyfluoroethylene.

In the wearing state shown in FIG. 1, the exudate 10 coming out from inside the wound 2 passes through the through hole 4 of the wound dressing 3 and is absorbed by the absorbent material 6, and a small portion of it accumulates on the wound surface and covers the wound surface. Keep it moderately moist. When the absorbent material 6 absorbs exudate and its absorption capacity decreases, the side of the absorbent covering material 7 covered with the adhesive 9 is unsealed, the absorbent material 6 is replaced with a new one, and the seal is closed. It becomes ready for continued use again.

In the illustrated embodiment, wound dressings, absorbent materials,
Both absorbent covering materials are shown as square ones, but
The present invention is not limited to this form, and the opening mechanism for the absorbent covering material may also be of a tufted air fitting type or other type. Although the above example shows the absorbent dressing placed on the wound dressing, it may also be placed directly on the skin surface rather than on the wound dressing.

According to the present invention, the exudate coming out of the wound is surrounded by the wound dressing material that is closely fixed to the wound area with adhesive, and is constantly actively absorbed by the absorbent material, so there is no risk of it leaking out. In addition, the exudate once discharged does not flow back onto the wound surface, and if a large amount of exudate comes out, only the absorbent material can be replaced, allowing continued use without replacing the wound dressing itself. As a result, only a small amount of new exudate is always present on the wound surface, keeping it in a moderately moist state, making it possible to heal into a clean scar without the risk of suppuration.
