底板と、前記回転棚の最下位置とフイルタ底板と
の間に配置して前記送風室に空気を圧送するブロ
アと、を有し、該ブロアにより圧送された空気は
クリーンルーム背面の高性能フイルタを透して清
浄化された空気となつてクリーンルーム内に圧送
され、前記気流案内板に下向誘導されてクリーン
ルーム前面下半開放部より吹き出されることを特
徴とする回転棚を有するクリーンルームの空気清
