【考案の詳細な説明】

本考案は、プレハブ住宅などの壁パネル下部の

従来の水切装置にあつては、幕板の上端と壁パ
ネルとの間より雨水等が毛細管現象等により浸入
するのを防止するためコーキング材が充填されて
いたが、コーキング材は壁パネルの変形により損
傷することがあり、雨水等の浸入防止は確実にで
きているとはいいえなかつた。

本考案は叙上の従来例の欠点に鑑みてなされた
ものであり、その目的とするところは、コーキン
グ材の損傷を少なくすると共に、もしコーキング
材が損傷した場合においても雨水等の浸入を防止
することができる水切装置を提供するにある。

以下本考案を添付図により詳述する。第１図に
示すものは本考案の一実施例であり、図中１は外
壁用の上階の壁パネル、３は外壁用の下階の壁パ
ネルである。両壁パネル１，３は、チヤネル材に
よりフレーム５を組み、フレーム５の屋内側に石
膏ボード６を貼着し、フレーム５の屋外側に合板
等の木質の補助材７を介してスレート板等の外装
材８を貼着して構成されたものであり、上階の壁
パネル１は梁のような横構造材９の上に立てて固
定されており、下階の壁パネル３は横構造材９の
下に立てて固定されている。２は水切り用の幕板
であり、鋼板の表面にポリ塩化ビニルのような合
成樹脂をコーテイングしたものや塗装鋼板、合成
樹脂成形時に鋼板をインサートしたもの等の素材
を用いて断面略コ字状に折曲成形されており、幕
板２の上端には断面略コ字状の固定用片１０があ
り、幕板２の下端部には釘打ち固定用の溝部１１
を形成してあり、幕板２の下端には屋内側へ向け
て斜め上がりに水切り片１２が延出されている。
固定用片１０内にはアスフアルト含浸発泡体のよ
うなバツクアツプ材１３が予め充填されている。
壁パネル１の外装材８下端は補助材７の下面より
も下方へ突出されており、フレーム５と外装材８
との間には係合用凹所１６が形成されている。施
工は、第２図に示すように幕板２の固定用片１０
を壁パネル１の係合用凹所１６内に挿入してバツ
クアツプ材１３を外装材８裏面に密着させ、溝部
１１に釘１４を打つて壁パネル３の下地材１５に
固定し、この後固定用片１０と外装材８との間に
コーキング材４を充填をしてバツクアツプ材１３
を覆うことによりなされる。

共にバツクアツプ材の表面をコーキング材で被覆
して成るので、コーキング材の背後にバツクアツ
プ材があり、壁パネルの変形に対して、コーキン
グ材の変形が緩和されるためコーキング材の損傷
が少なくなり、コーキング材が損傷した場合にお
いてもバツクアツプ材の防水効果により内部に雨
水等が浸入せず、また幕板の上端を釘打ち固定し
なくても良い。
