【考案の詳細な説明】 この考案は主として吊下型蛍光燈照明器具のセ
ード取り付け構造に関するものである。

セード頂板3は中央部に第2図に示すように、後
述する器具本体2を嵌着するための開口部4を有
しており、かつこの開口部4の周縁の4箇所(笠
素体の衝合部分)例えばコーナー支柱1′と対応
する4箇所に切込部5を設けてある。6は上記セ
ード頂板3の下面でかつ各切込部5の中間部に突
出形成させた一対の突部であつて、突部6,6の
間隔l1については後述する。2は器具本体であつ
て、安定器、コンセントなどの電気部品を組み込
み、環形蛍光ランプ11の支持金具13が取り付
けてあり、本体頂板の中央部分にはコードなどを
収納するためのカバー10をもうけてある。この
器具本体2は板金製(樹脂製でも可)であり、上
述のセード1の開口部4に嵌合する本体頂板7を
有しており、この本体頂板7は反射笠をも兼用し
ている。上記本体頂板7の周縁には第3図に示す
ように、本体頂板7に対してほぼ直角状に折曲さ
れた側壁8を介して切欠部9aによつて4分割さ
れたフランジ9を一体に形成してある。又、本体
頂板7の、上記フランジ9の切欠部9aと対応す
る部分には本体頂板7から一体に延びる複数の舌
片8aが形成してある。器具本体2の側壁8の高
さ、即ち舌片8aとフランジ9との間隔は第7図
に示すようにセード1のセード頂板3の上面と突
部6,6の下面との厚みより若干大きい。更に舌
片8aの巾l2″並びに長さl2はセード1の切込部
5の巾l3並びに長さl3′よりも小さい。又、突部
6,6の間隔l1はフランジ9の切欠部9aの巾l2
よりも小さい(ほぼ等しい)。12は吊下用の鎖
(コードでも可)である。

回転させると、セード1のセード頂板3の開口部
4の周縁部分が、本体2の本体頂板7の舌片8a
とフランジ9とで挟持された状態で回転すること
になる。そして、所定の位置、即ち本体2の切欠
部9aにセード1の一対の突部6,6が係止され
る位置(第6図参照)でセード1の回転を止める
と、セード1の器具本体2への組み付けが完了す
る。そして、吊下用鎖12によつて所定の場所に
吊下げれば、第7図に示す状態から第8図に示す
ようにフランジ9の上面がセード頂板3の下面に
当接すると共に、フランジ9の切欠部9aにセー

る。このために、セード1の回転が防止され、セ
ード1が回転して本体2から外れることはない。
セード1を取り外す時は上記取付方法と逆の動作
すれば容易に外すことができる。尚、実施例では
角形セードを使用しているが、丸形セードも使用
しうる。又、切込部、舌片なども4個でなくとも
複数個であればよい。
