An egg collection belt is disposed along one side of a row of cages in which a large number of spawning cages are arranged in series, and the eggs that have rolled down from each cage onto this egg collection belt are driven to circulate through the egg collection belt. It has been conventional practice to collect eggs at one end of the row of cages. In this case, in order to measure the number of eggs laid or to move the collected eggs further up or down to another conveyor, it is necessary to line up the eggs and collect them one by one. There was a desire to develop an automatic alignment device that would enable this.

The present invention is characterized by an egg collection belt that extends along one side of a row of cages in which a large number of spawning cages are arranged and is driven in circulation to collect eggs at one end of the row of cages; a guide part that is arranged to be inclined downward from the cage toward the egg collection belt and guides the eggs from the spawning cage onto the egg collection belt; and an egg collection belt near the egg collection end of the egg collection belt. A plurality of pieces are arranged directly above the cage and extend diagonally from the anti-cage side to the cage side in the egg traveling direction, and are arranged at appropriate intervals in the egg traveling direction, and the cage side protruding end and the guide portion It is constructed from a guide member that forms a space between it and the slope through which only one egg can pass.

In Figures 1 to 3, on the front side of a row of cages 2 (only a portion of which is shown) in which a large number of cages 1 for spawning are arranged in series, a bottom net 3 serving as a guide for each cage 1 is tilted downward. It has been extended to The bottom net 3 has a belt mounting portion 4 at its tip that is bent downward, extends horizontally, and then bent upward.
is formed, and an egg conveying path portion of an endless egg collection belt 5 is placed on the belt placement portion 4. The egg collection belt 5 is stretched around a pair of rotating rollers 6 (only one of which is shown), and one of the rotating rollers 6 is attached as a driving roller to a drive shaft 7 that is connected to a motor (not shown). Further, the end of the egg collection belt 5 separated from the bottom net 3 is supported by an egg collection connecting gutter 8 having a substantially U-shaped cross section. The egg collecting belt 5 is driven to circulate so as to collect eggs laid by laying hens (not shown) in each cage 1 that have rolled onto the egg belt 5. Further, near the egg collecting end of the egg conveying path of the egg collecting belt 5, the belt 5 extends obliquely straight from the anti-cage side to the cage side in the direction of movement (direction of arrow A in Fig. 1). A plurality of plate-shaped guide members 9 curved to the side are arranged over an appropriate length at appropriate intervals, and these guide members 9 are integrally connected to each other so as to move in the traveling direction of the egg collecting belt 5. It is constructed as a single corrugated alignment plate 10 that extends to the bottom, and is fixed to the rising tip portion of the bottom net 3. The width of the narrow portion of the egg conveying path of the egg collection belt 5 formed by the alignment plate 10, that is, the width formed by the curved tip portion of each guide member 9, allows only one egg to pass through. The interval is set. In addition, in Figure 1,
11 is a feeding gutter provided along the front surface of the cage row 2.

Next, the operation of this embodiment will be explained based on FIGS. 4 and 5. Eggs a, b, c, d, ... that have rolled down from the bottom net 3 onto the egg collecting belt 5.
is moved by the egg collection belt 5 to the position where the alignment plate 10 is provided, and by the action of the guide member 9, the curved end portion of the guide member 9 is moved to the position where the arranging plate 10 is provided.
d, ... cannot pass through at the same time, and eggs a, b, c, d, e, f, h, l, and m are transported one by one. As a result, the alignment plate 10
The egg g whose passage is prevented by the guide member 9 of
i, j, k, n, o, q, r are pushed up onto the bottom net 3, and their conveyance is interrupted. Then, as the egg collecting belt 5 moves, the eggs a,
b, c, d, e, f, ... are conveyed, and when a gap is created on the egg collection belt 5, the egg g on the bottom net 3 located corresponding to this gap rolls down and falls onto the egg collection belt 5. The egg g is placed again, and the transportation of the egg g is restarted. In this way, all eggs a, b,
c, d, . . . are conveyed one by one toward the egg collecting end and collected.

In the above-mentioned embodiment, a case has been described in which the guide members 9 are integrally connected in a corrugated plate shape, but it is possible to achieve the same effect even if the guide members 9 are not connected. Furthermore, the guide member 9 may be formed to extend obliquely and curvedly in the direction of movement of the egg collection belt 5 instead of being straight.

As is clear from the above explanation, according to the present invention, it is possible to achieve the effect that eggs can be collected one by one at the egg collection end of the egg collection belt.

In particular, in the present invention, since a space through which only one egg passes is formed between the slope of the guide part and the protruding end of the guide member, when two or more eggs are simultaneously transported into the space, Extra eggs are pushed up onto the slope of the guide part, and the eggs are not crushed. Eggs that escape onto the slope may fall in the direction of the next guide member, but since the guide members are provided in multiple stages, the eggs are ultimately collected one by one.
