Conventional ceiling boards for Japanese-style rooms are formed by pasting frames in the shape of a frame on the back of a ceiling board that has a wooden veneer, decorative paper, etc. pasted on its surface to create a wood grain pattern, etc. The insulation properties of the ceiling board for a Japanese-style room will differ depending on the part where it is pasted and the part where it is not, so when this ceiling board for a Japanese-style room is installed on the ceiling of a room, Due to the difference between the temperature in the ceiling and the temperature in the ceiling, dew condensation tends to form on the surface of ceiling panels for Japanese-style rooms that do not have crosspieces attached, and as a result, indoor dust, dust, smoke, etc. adhere to this condensation and cause stains. ,
There has been a problem in that a so-called ghost occurs, which causes a difference in dirt between the part to which the crosspiece is attached to the back surface and the part to which it is not attached. In particular, this stain is hard to stand out when the vertical bars are attached parallel to the wood grain on the surface because it blends in with the wood grain pattern; When it is formed by the crosspieces, it becomes a whitish streak that is easily noticeable and spoils the aesthetic appearance of the Japanese-style ceiling board.

The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a ceiling board for a Japanese-style room that can improve the appearance without causing ghosts.

That is, the present invention attaches a reinforcing plate to the back of the decorative sheet, attaches a crosspiece to the back of the reinforcing plate, and interposes the metal sheet over the entire surface between the decorative sheet and the reinforcing plate, thereby reducing the heat of the metal sheet. Utilizes conductivity to equalize the surface temperature of Japanese-style ceiling panels regardless of the presence or absence of crosspieces attached to the back.
The above objectives have been achieved.

The present invention will be explained in detail below with reference to Examples. The decorative sheet 1 is made of decorative paper, PVC sheet, cedar veneer, or the like, and has a surface decorated with a wood grain pattern or the like. As shown in FIG. 1, a metal sheet 4 is attached to the back surface of the decorative sheet 1 using an adhesive or the like, and a reinforcing plate 2 is further attached to the back surface of the metal sheet 4 using an adhesive or the like. That is, the metal sheet 4 is interposed between the decorative sheet 1 and the reinforcing plate 2 over the entire surface. Further, on the back surface of the reinforcing plate 2, a frame frame 5, which is framed by vertical bars 3a and horizontal bars 3b, is attached with adhesive or the like.
When a decorative sheet 1 having a wood grain pattern on its surface is used, the wood grain direction of the decorative sheet 1 is oriented in the longitudinal direction, and the vertical bars 3a are attached along the wood grain direction. The metal sheet 4 is made of a metal material with excellent thermal conductivity such as aluminum, iron, tin, etc., and metal fibers of these metal materials can be woven into a metal cloth, metal foil, etc. When the sheet 4 is made of metal cloth, the decorative sheet 1 is passed through the mesh of the metal cloth.
The reinforcing plate 2 is directly bonded to the reinforcing plate 2 using an adhesive or the like.

However, since the insulation properties of the Japanese-style ceiling board are different between the part where the crosspiece 3 is attached to the back and the part where it is not, when this Japanese-style ceiling board is attached to the ceiling of the room, Due to the temperature difference between the indoor side and the ceiling, the area where the crosspiece 3 is not attached is naturally more susceptible to temperature changes such as cooling or heating than the area where the crosspiece 3 is attached. However, by laying the metal sheet 4 over the entire surface between the decorative sheet 1 and the reinforcing plate 2, the excellent thermal conductivity of the metal sheet 4 makes it possible to
It is possible to equalize the temperature difference between the part where is not attached and the part where other crosspieces 3 are attached in a short time, and therefore the surface of the ceiling board for Japanese-style rooms is It is possible to make the temperature uniform. Further, by using metal cloth as the metal sheet 4, the adhesive strength between the decorative sheet 1 and the reinforcing plate 2 can be improved, and the weight of the ceiling plate can be reduced.

In the present invention, a metal sheet is placed over the entire back surface of the decorative sheet, a reinforcing plate is attached to the back surface of the decorative sheet together with the metal sheet via this metal sheet, and a crosspiece is attached to the back surface of the reinforcing plate. Due to the excellent thermal conductivity of the metal plate, the temperature on the surface of the ceiling board for Japanese-style rooms can be made uniform regardless of whether there is a crosspiece on the back side. Even if dew condensation occurs on the surface of the ceiling board for a Japanese-style room, and dust etc. adheres to this condensation and stains the surface of the ceiling board for a Japanese-style room, the surface will become uniformly dirty and this will occur due to the presence of the crosspiece. Ghosts do not occur.
