Conventionally, this kind of packaging device is disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 55-80289, in which a recess is formed in a pair of shock absorbers, the motor and attached parts are housed in the recess, and both shock absorbers are polymerized. and packing the goods. In such a configuration, when a lateral load is applied to one of the buffer bodies, the load is applied to the stored items via the buffer, causing damage to the stored items. Moreover, when the outer shape of the buffer body is a simple shape such as a square, the packing operation must be performed while checking the stacking direction of the stored articles and the shape of the recess, which is cumbersome.

1 is a motor 2 and multiple fan blades 3
and a ceiling fan composed of hanging pipes 4, etc.
Each of these parts 2, 3, and 4 can be disassembled from each other, and the so-called wrap-shaped decorative cover 5, which extends at the bottom and covers the connecting portion between the motor 2 and the hanging pipe 4, can also be disassembled. It is set up. 6,
A pair of shock absorbers 7 are made of an elastic material such as styrofoam, and predetermined parts such as the motor 2 of the ceiling fan 1 and the protective cover 8 are packed using both shock absorbers. Both of the buffer bodies 6 and 7 have storage recesses 9 and 10 for storing one half of the motor 2 on their mutual abutting surfaces, respectively;
The inner cylinder body 11 is formed with cylinder storage recesses 12 and 13 for housing one half side of the interior cylinder body 11 that internally supports switches and the like integrated with the motor 2, and is thinner than the motor 2. One or several small parts storage recesses 15 for storing accessories 14 such as the protective cover 8 and attachment fittings are formed adjacent to the recesses. Furthermore, the shock absorbers 6 and 7 are recessed in the longitudinal direction on the same side as the inner cylindrical body 11, which is the narrow diameter portion of the motor 2, on the outer surface opposite to the abutting surface, so that the recessed portion is shaped like a step. Storage parts 16 and 17 for storing the fan blades 3, 3, . . . and the hanging pipe 4 are formed as necessary. In one of the buffer bodies 6 and 7, a concave part 18 for storing the decorative cover 5, which is open on the outer surface, is formed in the vicinity of the inner cylindrical body 11. Further, on the abutting surface of any one of the buffer bodies 6, 7, there are protrusions 19, 19, 1 on the outside of the three sides, respectively.
9 protruding toward the other buffer body 7 side, and the protrusion 1 is formed on the abutting surface of the other buffer body 7.
Engagement recesses 20, 20, 20 into which the protrusions 19, 19, 19 are removably fitted are formed on three sides opposite to the three sides on which the projections 19, 19, 19 are formed.
The width and thickness of the protrusion 19 gradually decrease toward the protruding end. The engagement recess 20 is opened toward the outside of the buffer body 7, and has an inner surface that is substantially symmetrical to the opposing shape of the protrusion 19 to which it is fitted.

Reference numeral 21 denotes a spacing member that prevents the buffer members 6 and 7 from moving into the surplus space when only one ceiling fan 1 is packed in the exterior body 22. It is made of cardboard or the like and is shaped into any shape such as a U-shape or a tube. This is not necessary when packing two ceiling fans. When packing, the motor 2, accessories 14, etc. are stored in the motor storage recess 10 and small parts storage recess of one shock absorber 7, and the other shock absorber 6 is stored in the engagement recesses 20, 2 on three sides.
After fitting and engaging the protrusions 19, 19, 19 on the three sides into the protrusions 19, 19, 19, respectively, and covering the protrusions 19, 19, 19, the protrusions 19, 19, 19 on the three sides are housed in the exterior body 22. After that, the inner box 23 containing the fan blades 3, 3,
Insert the hanging pipe 4 into the storage part 17 and remove the exterior body 22.

As described above, in the present invention, each of the pair of buffer bodies is provided with protrusions and engaging recesses that engage removably with each other on three opposing sides, so that the projections and the engaging recesses are formed approximately in the center of the buffer bodies. Compared to the conventional method, in which the direction is adjusted while checking the storage recess for the packaged goods, such as the motor storage recess, the predetermined direction can be confirmed by visually checking the presence or absence of protrusions and engaging recesses from the outside. , confirmation work becomes easier.
This is particularly effective for flat cushioning bodies with no unevenness on the outer surface. Furthermore, conventionally, due to the lateral load applied to one shock absorber, one shock absorber moves in a direction that shifts its position relative to the other shock absorber, and as a result, this load is applied to the stored parts and deforms, and synthetic resin plates etc. However, as mentioned above, in this case, the load of one shock absorber is applied to the other shock absorber from the protrusion through the engagement recess, and both shock absorbers are misaligned. Packing performance is improved without any load being applied to the stored items. Moreover, since the protrusions and engagement recesses are formed on three sides, the directionality of impact mitigation is not limited.
It does not require strict attention from cargo handlers during transportation after packaging.

又、突起を突出端に向つて幅等を漸減すれば、
両緩衝体の係合作業がより円滑となり、且つ係合
凹部を外側方にも開口すれば、両緩衝体の重合方
向の確認が一層容易且つ確実となる。
Also, if the width etc. of the protrusion is gradually reduced toward the protruding end,
If the engagement work of both buffer bodies becomes smoother, and the engagement recessed portion is also opened outward, it becomes easier and more reliable to confirm the overlapping direction of both buffer bodies.
