Claims (1)
ケーシング内にハム又はソーセージを充填し、該
フイルムケーシングの両端を結索してなる包装ハ
ム・ソーセージにおいて、上記シール部を、フイ
ルムの両縁部の内面同志を重ね合わせた形態でそ
の巾を３〜１２mmとして形成し、且つ該シール部
にその外縁から該シール部の巾の１／３〜１／２
の深さの切り裂き案内部を設けたことを特徴とす
る包装ハム・ソーセージ。 (2) 切り裂き案内部がシール部の長手方向に亘
つて複数個設けられている、実用新案登録請求の
範囲第(1)項記載の包装ハム・ソーセージ。 (3) 切り裂き案内部がシール部の外縁からシー
ル部の内縁に向けて巾の狭くなる三角形形状の切
欠きである、実用新案登録請求の範囲第(2)項記
載の包装ハム・ソーセージ。 (4) 切り裂き案内部がシール部の外縁からシー
ル部の内縁に向けて設けた切込みである、実用新
案登録請求の範囲第(2)項記載の包装ハム・ソー
セージ。 (5) 切込みの先端部に孔部が存する、実用新案
登録請求の範囲第(4)項記載の包装ハム・ソーセ
