Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the moisture-condensation at the inner surface of a container lid, and to suppress the drying of vegetables in the container moderately, by using a lid wherein the inner surface facing to the container is composed of hydrophilic fibers and the outer surface is composed of a hydrophobic resin thin film. CONSTITUTION:The lid 15 of the vegetable storage container 14 is constructed of a flat plate 16 having a number of through-holes, a moisture-permeable film 17 welded to a surface of the plate, and a packing 16'. The moisture-permeable film 17 is composed of a laminate of a silicone thin film 18 and hydrophilic nylon fibers 19. The condensed moisture 20 is spread over the surface of the moisture-permeable film without forming large water-droplets and permeated slowly into the refrigeration chamber 12. The damage of the vegetables 13 with water-droplets can be prevented by this structure.

Conventional technology. Conventionally, vegetable storage containers in refrigerators have been designed to preserve vegetables for a long period of time by improving their airtightness. An example of a conventional vegetable storage container for a refrigerator will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 5 is a sectional view of a main part showing a state in which a vegetable storage container of a conventional refrigerator is installed. A refrigerator main body 1 has a door 2 disposed on the front, and a vegetable storage container 3 whose top surface is open is disposed at the bottom. The upper opening surface of the vegetable storage container 3 has a glass lid 6 around which a rubber gasket is arranged. The refrigerator body 1 is made up of an outer box 6, an inner box 7, and a urethane insulation material 8 injected with foam into the space of the box, and the field 2 is made up of an outer box 6', an urethane insulation material 8', and an inner frame 9. and a shelf 10 disposed on the inner frame 9, and a sealing gasket 11 is further disposed around the field 2.

When the vegetable storage container 3 is stored in the lower part of the refrigerator compartment 1''2 of the refrigerator main body 1, the upper opening is completely sealed by the glass lid 6 around which the rubber pankin 4 is arranged. Therefore, the stored vegetables 1
It was devised to prevent Vegetables 3 from drying out and shriveling, and to allow Vegetables 13 to be stored for a long period of time.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, in the above-mentioned structure, since the structure is completely sealed, a large amount of water evaporating from vegetables, especially leafy vegetables, condenses and adheres to the inner surface of the lid body 5. Ta. This means that the vegetable storage container 3 is located at the bottom of the refrigerator compartment 12, and the vegetable storage container 3 is located at the bottom of the refrigerator compartment 12.
This is because the cold air inside the container 2 cools the outer surface of the lid 5, while the temperature inside the vegetable storage container 3 is high due to the heat of respiration of the vegetables 13, creating a temperature difference on the surface of the lid 5. A large amount of water droplets adhering to the lid body 5 fall by natural fall or due to vibrations when the vegetable storage container 3 is attached and removed, and accumulate on the surface of the stored vegetables 13 and the bottom of the vegetable storage container 3. . Therefore, the first stored.

Although the vegetables 13 remain fresh for several days because they are prevented from drying, there is a problem in that the vegetables 13 are damaged by the accumulated water and become slimy as described above. As a result, vegetables could not be kept fresh for very long. Especially when you add new vegetables (especially leafy vegetables) to vegetables that have already been stored for several days, the water that evaporates from the new vegetables will rapidly damage the previously stored vegetables and cause them to rot. There was a problem.

A flat plate 16 made of an olefin thermoplastic resin such as polypropylene and having a large number of through holes, a moisture permeable membrane 17 welded to one side of the flat plate 16, and a flat plate 1 having the through holes.
6 and a rubber gasket 16' made of vinyl chloride or the like disposed around the outer periphery of the gasket 6. When the vegetable storage container 14 is stored in a predetermined position below the refrigerator compartment 12 of the refrigerator main body 1, the vegetable storage container 14 is brought into close contact with the lid body 16 having a rubber gasket 16' around the outer periphery. It is arranged so that it can be attached and detached freely. Here, the moisture permeable membrane 17 will be explained. The moisture permeable membrane 17 is made by laminating a silicon thin film 18 and hydrophilic nylon fibers 19. The silicon thin film 18 has a thickness of about 10 μm to about 60 μm and is made up of mostly amorphous chain-like molecular aggregates. A collection of molecules completely shuts out the liquid, and 10

In other words, water vapor, air, and carbon dioxide gas have the property of being permeable if there is a difference in concentration between the inside and outside of the membrane. Further, as described above, the reason for using the hydrophilic nylon fiber 19 is to prevent dew condensation.

With the above configuration, cold air does not directly enter into the vegetable storage container 14, and the inside of the container 14 is kept at high humidity due to moisture evaporated from the vegetables 13 stored in the vegetable storage container 14. . The moisture above the saturation humidity is the fourth
As shown in the figure, the moisture permeable film 17 on the surface of the lid 15 facing the refrigerator compartment 12 and easily cooled by cold air.
As shown by the arrow, moisture gradually permeates toward the refrigerator compartment 12 side where the humidity is low. Here, especially when transpiration from the vegetables 13 is intense (such as when directly stored), condensation occurs on a part of the flat plate 16 having a large number of through holes, which is a support for the moisture permeable membrane 17. Since the inside of the container 14 of No. 17 is made of hydrophilic nylon fibers 19, as shown in FIG. Refrigerator room 1
Gradually moisture permeates to 2. Therefore, water droplets fall and vegetables 13
Since the vegetables 13 do not accumulate on the surface of the container or the bottom of the vegetable storage container 14, the stored vegetables 13 are prevented from drying out and shriveling, and are not damaged by water droplets and become slimy, so they can last longer than before. Over a period of time, vegetables 13
In particular, leafy vegetables such as spinach can be stored in a fresh state. According to the experimental results, the vegetable container 1 can be improved by selecting the moisture permeable membrane 17 with an appropriate amount of moisture permeation.
4 The internal temperature is 80-95, which is said to be suitable for preserving vegetables.
The humidity can be maintained at %RH.

However, since the outer surface of the moisture-permeable membrane 17 facing the refrigerator compartment 12 is a hydrophobic silicone thin film 18, even if food juice etc. from food stored in the upper refrigerator compartment falls, it will not stain and cause the surface to deteriorate. It is not contaminated and dirt can be easily removed by washing with water.

Effects of the Invention As described above, in the vegetable storage container of the refrigerator of the present invention, the lid, which is made of a member in which the inner surface located on the container side is made of hydrophilic fibers and the outer surface is a hydrophobic resin thin film, is attached to the container. Since the vegetable storage container is provided in close contact with the opening on the top surface, there is no direct intrusion of cold air, and moisture evaporating from the fresh vegetables stored inside the container prevents the inside of the container from becoming highly humid. and water droplets do not fall from the lid,
Since drying atrophy can be suppressed and damage caused by water can also be avoided, the freshness of fresh vegetables can be maintained for a long period of time. Furthermore, even if food juice or the like falls from food stored in the refrigerator, the surface of the lid will not be stained and contaminated, and the stains can be easily removed.
