Many ring spinning machines and ring twisting machines utilize a spindle tape as a spindle drive means. Further, as spindle tapes, those made of specially knitted cotton threads or synthetic fiber threads, those made of synthetic resin materials, or those made of knitted fabrics coated with a friction material such as synthetic resin materials, etc. are used. Also, the first example of how to use spindle tape is

As shown in the figure, it is stretched between a drive pulley (which may be a chin roller or a sectional pulley) 4 and a tension pulley 5 that is loosely supported by a load swing bracket 6, and the positive rotation of the drive pulley 4 causes the spindle tape 3 to The spindles 1 are rotated by traveling in the direction of the arrows. Incidentally, the spindle 1 is rotated at an extremely high speed, and since the number of rotations determines the number of twists of the spun yarn, accurate maintenance of rotation is required. Therefore, spindle tape 3
As such, it is necessary that the tension is maintained at an appropriate level and that the contact friction with the spindle is uniform.

However, in a ring spinning machine room, etc., a large amount of fine fluff is generated in the spinning section, and this fluff is generated in large quantities when the spindle tape runs or the winding tube inserted into the spindle. The airflow caused by the rotation of the yarn causes it to float around and adhere to the spindle tape (see Figure 3). Further, the adhesion phenomenon is caused by static electricity, and if the temperature is too high or the contact surface of the spindle tape is coated with a resin material that increases friction, fluff adhesion often occurs. A tape with fluff attached to it will slip on the spindle, causing uneven rotation of the spindle and affecting the quality of the yarn. For this reason, conventionally, the fluff adhering to the spindle tape has been manually removed every time the machine is stopped for regular cleaning. For these reasons, there is a need for a cleaning device that can clean the spindle tape when necessary, rather than during periodic cleaning, and can also do so without stopping the machine.

The present invention will be explained in detail below based on the drawings, but the drawings show specific embodiments of the present invention, and the present invention is not limited to these illustrated examples. A similar effect can be obtained by changing the shape of the parts or changing a part of the design. Fig. 4 is a cross-sectional view of the main part of the example shown in Fig. 3 to which the present invention is applied, Fig. 5 is a partially enlarged view of Fig. 4, Fig. 6 is a plan view of Fig. 5, and Fig. 7 is a diagram explaining the configuration. When applying the present invention, a support shaft 8 is provided perpendicular to the running direction of the spindle tape 3 and along the length direction of the machine base as shown in FIG. Although the support shaft 8 may be installed on the tension pulley 5 side in FIG. 2, the figure shows a structure in which it is installed on the drive pulley 4 side. In installing the support shaft 8, a support bracket 7 is attached to the top surface of the spindle rail 2, as shown in FIG. 4, and the support shaft 8 is rotatably supported on the tip side of the support bracket 7. Although not shown in the drawings, in the case of a rotating type of support shaft 8, it is recommended to provide a ring seat or the like to engage the support bracket 7 so that the support shaft 8 does not move in the axial direction. Reference numeral 9 designates a cleaning tool which is a main part of the present invention, and the cleaning tool 9 has a body member 10 fitted on the support shaft 8 and a side surface of the body member, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6. A stamped piece 12 is integrally or welded to a part of the disc member 11 to protrude from the disc member 11. And the stamped piece 12
is folded as shown in the figure, and the tip side is attached to body member 1.
The knurling surface 12a is perpendicular to the axial direction of the knurl 0, and its outer surface is a knurling surface 12a (see FIG. 8). Incidentally, the disc member 11 is formed of a steel plate or the like, and the body member 10
As shown in FIG. 8 (rear side view of FIG. 5), the outer diameter is approximately equal to the outer diameter of the body member 10 and larger than the outer diameter of the support shaft 8. An insertion hole is formed and the inner circumference of this insertion hole is inserted into the body member 10.
Although the body member 10 is welded to the body member 10, it may be constructed by molding the body member 10 from a synthetic resin material and fixing the disc member 11 with screws, or by forming the extruded piece 12 alone and directly attaching the body member 10 to the body member 10. The same effect can be achieved by configuring it to be attached to the peripheral surface. The cleaning tool 9 constructed in this manner has its body member 10 attached to the support shaft 8 with a set bolt 10a (FIG. 5), and its attachment position is set to the knurling surface 1 of the punched piece 12.
2a lightly contacts the inner surface of the spindle tape 3. On the other hand, the support shaft 8 is configured to be rotated in one direction or oscillatedly by an appropriate driving means, and when the punched piece 12 stands up and brings its knurling surface into contact with the spindle tape 3, as shown in FIG. 3. When the spindle 8 is rotated approximately 70 degrees clockwise, the punched piece 12 is separated from the spindle tape 3 as shown by the chain line 12b. 7th
The figure shows an example of a means for swinging and rotating the support shaft 8. A crank rod 13 is attached to the end of the support shaft 8 or a part thereof, and one end of the handle rod 14 is attached to the tip side of the rod 3. support A grip portion 14a is formed on the other end of the handle rod 14, and a stand bracket 15 is attached to the spindle rail 2, so that the handle rod 14 is supported by a slit 15a formed on the top side of the stand bracket 15. FIG. 7 shows a state in which the handle rod 14 is pulled to the right, and cleaning is performed as shown in FIG. 6 with the ejected piece 12 of the cleaning tool 9 corresponding to the spindle tape 3. Also, in order to maintain this cleaning state, a protrusion 14b is provided on the lower surface side of the handle bar 14.
It is recommended that the stand bracket 15 be formed so as to be moored with the stand bracket 15. To release the cleaning state, the grip portion 14a of the handle rod 14 is slightly pulled up to disengage the protrusion 14b, and the handle rod 14 is pushed in to rotate the spindle 8, thereby opening the cleaning tool 9. Place the punched piece 12 on the spindle tape 3
to separate from Note that the knurling surface 12a formed on the punched piece 12 may be formed with a suitable uneven surface or a blade-shaped chevron, and if necessary, other cleaning materials such as a flocked brush, felt, etc.
Members conventionally known as cleaning tools, such as synthetic rubber and sponge, may be attached or adhered to the spindle tape, and can be changed as appropriate depending on the material of the spindle tape and the state of the fluff attached. In addition, although one punched piece 12 is shown, for example, as shown in FIG. 9, a plurality of punched pieces 12 may be formed so that the support shaft 8 can be rotated in one direction by an appropriate deceleration intermittent drive means. You may. The moving direction of the embossing piece 12 in contact with the spindle tape 3 should be in the direction opposite to the running direction of the spindle tape 3, as shown by the arrow in FIG. Push the knurling surface 12a slightly toward the spindle tape 3.
can be brought into contact with. If it is in the opposite direction, there is a risk that the edge of the knurling surface 12a will push up the spindle tape 3 and remove the tape 3 from the spindle. Also, if necessary, by pulling the handle rod 14, the support shaft 8 is moved in the axial direction, and the cleaning punch 12 attached to the body member is brought into contact with the spindle tape, so that the handle rod 14 is pushed in. Yotsute embossing piece 1
2 can be removed from the tape 3 in the same manner.

Since the spindle tape cleaning device of the present invention is constructed in this way, it is possible to remove all the fluff adhering to the spindle tape all at once by simply rotating the spindle during machine operation, and this makes it possible to remove all the fluff adhering to the spindle tape at once during regular cleaning. The work of removing fluff can be omitted. Moreover, it can be carried out at any time, and the rotation of the spindle can be maintained correctly to obtain yarn without uneven twisting.
