DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention provides a device for transporting earth and sand with fluid to the bucket part of an excavator such as a excavator, thereby making it possible to excavate and transport the earth and sand from the bucket to other transport equipment. This system improves excavation efficiency and efficiently transports the earth and sand by directly transferring the earth and sand from the bucket to another place or a fluid transport device and transporting it to an arbitrary location without having to move the earth and sand to another place.

Previously, earth and sand excavated by a bucket hoe was dumped into a dump truck, and when the loading platform was full, the next dump truck took over to transport the earth and sand. This work is intermittent, such as excavating the earth and sand, rotating the arm, and emptying the earth and sand from the bucket into the loading platform of the dump truck. Furthermore, if the ground is soft at the excavation site or the area where the dump truck passes is soft, it is necessary to build an access road, which can increase costs.

そこで、バツクホーなどの掘削機のバケツトに

Therefore, by attaching a so-called fluid transport device to the bucket of an excavator such as a excavator, the excavated soil is sent directly from the bucket to the fluid transport device by bucket operation, and the soil is transferred to the required location via a pipeline. Even if a dump truck cannot enter the excavation site, excavated soil can be transported by a fluid transporter to a point where a dump truck can enter, making excavation work extremely efficient. It will be held in

The following description will be made based on the embodiments shown in the drawings. As shown in FIG. 1, a hole 4 communicating with a fluid transporter 3 is bored in the back of the bucket 2 of the bucket hoe 1. As shown in FIG. 3, the fluid transport device is provided with a casing 6 containing an impeller 5 and a flow path 7 communicating with the casing 6. The impeller 5 is driven and rotated by a motor shaft 11 of a hydraulic motor (not shown). The fluid path 12 is connected to a flexible hose and is arranged along the arm of the backhoe. Channel 7
A fluid such as water or air is pumped into the chamber in one direction by a pump. Fluid fills the casing 6 and tries to overflow outward from the hole 4 leading to the bucket 2, but the impeller 5 is rotated at high speed and the resulting centrifugal force is equal to or higher than the fluid pressure in the flow path 8. By holding the casing 6 at this position, the fluid inside the casing 6 will stick to the outer wall of the casing 6, completely preventing the fluid from overflowing from the hole 4. Therefore, the impeller 5 acts as a valve for the earth and sand inlet from the bucket 2.

The earth and sand excavated by the bucket hoe is dropped into the fluid transport device 3 through the hole 4 of the bucket when the bucket 2 rolls, and is pushed into the fluid in the casing 6 by the centrifugal force caused by the rotation of the impeller 5 and flows. and transported to the flow channel.

According to this invention, the excavated earth and sand in the bucket 2 are directly transported sequentially by the fluid transporter 3, and by drawing the flow path to an arbitrary location, the excavated earth and sand can be transported efficiently, and The backhoe can be used effectively under any working conditions.
