温度による体積変化に伴つて往復動するシリンダ
の両端に設けられた弁によりラジエータ出口側の
冷却水通路とバイパスとを冷却水温度に応じて選
択的に開閉するようになつているボトムバイパス
式のサーモスタツトにおいて、一端がシリンダ内
のワツクスに接し他端がバイパスの出口付近に配
置されるようにヒートパイプをシリンダに取り付
け、バイパスからの冷却水の温度がヒートパイプ
を介してワツクスに伝達されるようにしたサーモ
