ない不利があつた。 Conventionally, when a sash frame is installed in an opening in a concrete building, in order to prevent rainwater from entering through the gap between the opening and the sash frame, a method has been adopted in which the gap is filled with a sealant in a watertight manner. However, with such a method, not only did seal construction require a lot of troublesome and skilled labor, but the quality of the seal material deteriorated over time after construction, and as a result, rainwater entered the room through the gap and oozed out due to capillary action. There were disadvantages in that it was impossible to expect long-term waterproofing.

This effectively prevents rainwater from entering the room and seeping out.

A support plate 4 is hung from the lower end of the sash frame 2 installed in the opening H of the precast concrete wall slab 1, and a horizontally long gutter-like frame has a reception opening h along the upper outer surface in the front surface of the support plate. 3, and bury the gutter-like frame together with the support plate in the concrete wall slab 1, with its end opening at the side end of the concrete wall slab, and communicating the end with a downspout or the like as appropriate. As shown in FIG. 3, the support plate 4 of the trough-like frame 3 is made separately from the sash frame 2, and the upper end of the support plate is connected to the sash frame. It is free to screw P onto the lower surface via a sealing material S. In the figure, numeral 5 indicates a window glass plate, and other same reference numerals indicate the same parts.

な考案である。 Since the present invention is constructed as described above, it goes without saying that the troublesome technical effort of filling the gap between the opening of the concrete wall slab 1 and the sash frame with a sealing material in a watertight manner as in the conventional method can be eliminated. In particular, rainwater that enters through the gap between the opening and the sash frame is successively introduced through the inlet in the gutter-like frame in front of the support plate, and after converging, the rainwater is successively discharged to the outside from the end of the concrete wall slab. There is no room for leakage to enter the room through the gap between the opening of the concrete wall slab and the sash frame, and therefore an effective waterproofing effect can always be expected. It is particularly suitable for use in the parts where the sash frame is installed in concrete buildings. This is an extremely advantageous idea.
