【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は液体特に清涼飲料水を充填封入し所定
の場所へ持運んで飲食するための使い捨て容器に

ば６オンス〜７オンスのプラスチツクリツド付紙
コツプは広く知られている。しかし最近の、二人
で１つの容器からの飲料を楽しむなどの嗜好変動
により例えば第１図に示すようなブランク１０か
ら成るミルクカートン様の、より大型のバケツト
タイプの厚い紙質を使用した容器１１が種々発表
されている。しかして今日知られているこの大型
容器では、例えばフアーストフードストアの店頭
でサービスマンが飲料を充填した後、容器の上端
口部をガゼツト折りしかつ折返しフラツプ１４を
重ね合せ、クリツプ１６でその合せ目を上方から
押さえていた（第２，３，４図参照）。しかしこ
の方法では、容器自体の紙質が厚くなつているこ
と、それに伴なつてガゼツト折りした口部フラツ
プ１２，１２及び折返しフラツプ１４が容易に折
込み位置になじまずはねかえりを生じることなど
のためしばしばこのクリツプが容器口部からはず
れ、口部が開き不衛生でありまたあるときはクリ
ツプがその口部から飲料中へ落ち込むなどの欠点

間隙があり、このため口部フラツプ１２，１２同
士がクリツプの押圧力に抗して広がると、第４図
でクリツプ１６の右側フツク２０が口部フラツプ
１２部分を上記間隙寸法だけ滑り上り、これが口
部フラツプ１２，１２の不意の開放をもたらして
いたのであつた。本考案者の上記ホツトメルトベ
ルト使用のボツクス（第５−７図）は、十分にそ
の不意の口部フラツプ開放防止という目的を達成
したものであるが、この方法ではホツトメルトベ
ルトを付着させるための行程が余分に必要であり
その上、ホツトメルトベルト１８が、折返しフラ
ツプ１４の上縁１５に実質的に平行になるように
配設していた。このため、例えば第６図で口部フ
ラツプ１４の左端を、ミシン目線２０に沿つて破
断して該左端部を折線２２に沿つて折開き、飲料
