Cured product produced by unsaturated polyester resin (DI-MDI/HMDI) Cured product produced by unsaturated polyester resin and catalyst (benzoyl peroxide/dicumyl peroxide) Cured acrylate resin Product: Cured product produced by epoxy acrylate, an initiator (acetyl peroxide), and a reactive diluent (methyl methacrylate, methyl acrylate, ethyl acrylate, butyl methacrylate) added as necessary. Cured diallyl phthalate resin. Material: A cured product produced from a diallyl phthalate resin liquid and a catalyst (benzoyl peroxide/tert-butyl peroxide). It is immersion in liquid. By heating the wood veneer in advance in this way, the synthetic resin etc. can be easily impregnated into the wood veneer, and the temperature of the heated synthetic resin etc. can be prevented from decreasing. The heating temperature of the wood veneer is preferably 100°C or higher; if it is lower than this, no effect can be expected, and it is more preferable to heat the wood veneer to 150°C or higher. Furthermore, heating the synthetic resin etc. has the effect of lowering its viscosity and softening and swelling the wood structure of the wood veneer, making it easier for the synthetic resin etc. to be further impregnated into the wood veneer.

The heating temperature of the synthetic resin, etc. is preferably 100°C or higher. This is because when the temperature exceeds 100°C, the water remaining in the wood veneer tends to evaporate and be replaced with synthetic resin liquid or the like.

The wood veneer thus impregnated with synthetic resin or oil is then cured by appropriate means. Possible curing methods include a method of leaving it as is, a method of accelerating curing by heating, and a method of using ultraviolet rays or electron beams. Note that a hair dryer may be used for heating,
A hot roll press or a flat plate hot press may also be used.

In addition, by simultaneously heating the synthetic resin or fats and oils, and simultaneously using a vacuum method or a pressurizing method, it becomes possible to impregnate the wooden veneer with the synthetic resin etc. more efficiently.
