【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は凹部を表面に形成せる表面板の凹部化
粧法に関するものであり、その目的とするところ
は曲線状、虫喰状、レンガ状等の形状の凹部を表
面に形成せる表面板の凹部のみに容易に且つ確実
に凹部形状に沿つた被膜層を形成して化粧仕上げ
出来る、表面板の凹部化粧法を提供することにあ
る。

本発明は第1図に示すように、V形状断面を有
する凹部1、又は角形状断面を有する凹部1を表
面2に形成した、合板、パーチクルボート、ハー
ドボード等の表面板3の全面に、ポリアミド樹脂
系粉体、ポリエステル樹脂系粉体等の直径0.1mm
乃至1.0mmで融点80℃乃至150℃の熱可塑性樹脂の
粉体5を第2図に示すように散布した後、該表面
板3の凹部1を除く表面2の載積している該粉体
5を、ヘラ、バフ、ブラシ等の治具を用いて第3
図に示すように、除去し、凹部1にのみ粉体5を
残存させた後、第4図に示すように、表面板3の
凹部1を含む全ての表面2を熱盤、電熱線、高周
波等の熱源6により、温度80℃乃至150℃で加熱
して、凹部1に載積している粉体5を溶解した
後、常温、若しくは冷風をあてることにより、溶
解した熱可塑性樹脂を硬化させ、第5図に示すよ
うに凹部1全面に熱可塑性樹脂の被膜層7を形成
して化粧仕上げするものである。

うに、レンガ状、曲線状、虫喰状の形状の凹部を
有する表面板の凹部の化粧仕上げをするのに適し
ている。
