Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the life of the title head by preventing the characteristic deterioration due to the wear of a residual sheet, by a method wherein a beveling part or a notched part is formed on the core side of an armature and the contact point with the residual sheet is made to be the supporting point of the armature. CONSTITUTION:The contact point of the circular arc of the beveling part 12a formed at the corner part on the plate spring side and the core side of the corner part of an armature 3 with the residual sheet 10 is positioned inside the corner part 5a of a core 5 to have the function as the supporting point 9a of the armature 3. The contact point as the supporting point 9a moves along the circular arc of the beveling part 12a being followed by the very little reciprocating rotation centering the supporting point 9a at each frequency and besides, moves lengthwise on the residual sheet 10. Therefore, its abrasion resistance property is improved by preventing the centralization of a load to the residual sheet and its life can be prolonged.

In this embodiment, the chamfered portion has an arcuate cross section or a straight cross section. However, the present invention is not limited to this. Instead of using the edge at one end of the core, a part of it is used to form the fulcrum of the movement of the armature. Any shape that can be used is fine. For example, a notch having an arcuate or linear cross section may be formed on the core side of the armature, and the point of contact with the residial sheet may be used as the fulcrum of the armature.
