Abstract

PURPOSE:To make the cam face difficult to wear and to improve the durability and reliability by forming the composition that the rotary member for cam driver and that for cam slider are rotated with the descent of the cam driver in the state of their being matched together. The sliding face 12a of the driver 1 is thereafter descended with sliding along the sliding face 32a of the slider 3 and its base part rear end vertical part. In this way the sliding faces 12a, 32a of each rotary piece 11, 31 maintain the state of the face contact each other at all times, performing the cam motion while avoiding the concentra tion of the load.

カム装置において、前記カムドライバー(1)を、前記
上型(2)の下動方向と前記カムスライダーの前進方向
の双方に平行な平面内にて回動自在に設けられ且つその
一平坦面(12a)が前傾姿勢となるように弾性支持さ
れてなるカムドライバー用回転部材(11)にて構成す
る一方、前記カムスライダー(3)を、前記平面内にて
回動自在に設けられ且つその一平坦面(32a)が下降
してくる前記カムドライバー用回転部材(11)の−平
坦面(12a)に整合し得る姿勢に弾性支持されてなる
カムスライダー用回転部材(31)にて構成するように
してなる。このような構成とすることにより、カムドラ
イバー(1)の下動に伴ってカムドライバー用回転部材
(11)とカムスライダー用回転部材(31)は共に整
合した状態で回転することとなり、これらは常に面接触
を保ちつつるのを防ぐことができる。

スライダーの前進方向の双方に平行な平面内にて回動自
在に設けられ且つその一平坦面が前傾姿勢となるように
弾性支持されてなるカムドライバー用回転部材にて構成
する一方、 前記カムスライダーを、前記平面内にて回動自在に設け
られ且つその一平坦面が下降してくる前記カムドライバ
ー用回転部材の一平坦面に整合し得る姿勢に弾性支持さ
れてなるカムスライダー用回転部材にて構成するように
したことを特徴とするベンドカム装置。
