Claims (1)
- アルミニウムなどの熱の良導体を用いて波形に
連続的に形成されたフインと、このフインの波形
の頂部を含む一方の面にろう付あるいはフインと
一体に加工され発熱体を取り付ける放熱体と、上
記フインの他方の面の波形の頂部に接着剤で接合
されフインとの間に冷却用空気を通すために形成
された繊維強化プラスチツク平板とを具備する放
熱装置。
