Various types of containers made up of such combinations are known, but in most cases, the box components are integrally constructed including the partitions and inner partitions, and not only are they unable to be folded up small, but also the side walls or partition frames cannot be partially removed when removing the contents, making the removal process extremely difficult when nearing the bottom.
Even if the partition frame could be removed, the openings would be on all four sides, so to take out the contents in the same direction, the pallet would have to be turned around and the contents would have to be taken out four times. Furthermore, when storing and transporting the empty containers for reuse, the box components cannot be separated into individual parts, and cannot be folded up small, so they cannot be bound together with the pallet, etc.
Since the materials must be transported and stored separately from the pallets, it is necessary to match the quantities of both, which has the drawback of significantly reducing workability.

The present invention was made to eliminate these drawbacks, and its purpose is to provide a container that is extremely easy to assemble when in use, and which can be folded compactly when not in use for easy transportation and storage management. This is what I am trying to do.

The present invention will be explained in detail below with reference to the illustrated embodiment. Reference numeral 1 is a wooden pallet, and the pallet is inserted between two upper and lower decks 2 and 3 with spacers 4 in between at a plurality of locations, and is inserted into a forklift insertion port. 5 are provided at predetermined intervals, and a frame-shaped rising wall 6 is integrally attached to the upper deck along its periphery. A portion is removed, and a rising wall 6a is formed only in the central portion. Each of these rising walls is provided with a reinforcing metal fitting 7 at a portion where a spacer 4 is attached to provide superior strength.
This ensures a more solid installation.

A receiving frame 8 is attached to the upper deck 3 surrounded by a rising wall to hold the lower end of a box component member to be described later and to stabilize the standing state. This receiving frame is a prismatic body made of wood or styrofoam, and three prismatic bodies are arranged to form the bottom of one storage section. In the illustrated embodiment, four storage sections are formed.

A groove 9 is provided between the disposed receiving frame 8 and the rising walls 6, 6a and between the receiving frames, and the lower end of the box component is inserted into this groove and held. At the bottom of the storage section formed by these receiving frames, that is, on each receiving frame, there is a bottom plate 1 made of plywood or the like.
0 is placed on the bottom plate, and stored articles are placed or stacked on the bottom plate.

The box component is formed by a combination of an internal partition plate 11 and an outer panel 12. That is, partition plate 1
1 is a panel 11a having a U-shape when viewed from the top;
11b are glued or stitched back to back, and two sets of partition plates are used, and four outer panels 12 are used. The outer panel has a substantially flat plate shape so as to close the U-shaped opening, and it is better to extend a portion to form a bent portion 12a in order to reinforce the corner portion.
Furthermore, a pair of reinforcing square paper tubes 13 and 14 are integrally attached to the inner surface for reinforcement in the height direction.

A pair of lid members 1 which are placed on the upper part of the box component members and which are stored separately.
5 and 16 are made of the same corrugated paper, and when used as a lid for a container, both lid members are used in an overlapping state, and when a box component is stored, they are used as a box.

When assembling the box component members configured in this way on the pallet 1 to form a container, two sets of partition plates 11 are arranged in parallel in the groove 9 formed by the receiving frame 8, and the lower ends are separated. When the pallet is fully erected, four compartments are formed on the pallet. After placing the bottom plate 10 in each of the compartments divided in this way, predetermined storage items, such as carton blanks, are stacked and stored, and after a predetermined amount has been stored, the outer panel 12 is placed in each U-shaped opening. When the lower end is inserted into the groove 9 and raised in the same manner as described above, the inner partition plate and the outer panel form a four-dimensional space.
A box body having a storage section divided into chambers is formed. Predetermined articles are stored in each storage section, and the lids 15 and 16 are placed on top of each other to form a double lid, thereby completing the container. Further, after the container is completed, a string or rope may be hung to connect the pallet to the lid member.

To take out the contents at the destination of the container, either remove the outer panel 12 attached to each U-shaped opening by pulling it upwards, and take out the contents one by one from above while it is open. Alternatively, a fork may be inserted between the receiving frame 8 and the bottom plate 10 using a small forklift, and the contents may be taken out while remaining on the bottom plate. In any case, as long as the outer panel 12 is removed, the contents can be taken out very easily.

When transporting or storing the entire container as an empty box, as shown in FIG. If you also remove and stack all these components in one lid body 16 and close the other lid body 15, they will come together without falling apart, and you can put them on the rising wall of pallet 1. If the pallet 1 and the box component members are placed inside the boxes 6 and 6a and tied together with strings 17 or the like, the pallet 1 and the box component members can be packed into a small and compact size without falling apart, making transportation and storage management easier.

As explained above, the container according to the present invention has a rising wall on the periphery of the pallet and also has a plurality of receiving frames, and grooves are provided between the rising wall and the receiving frames and between the receiving frames. The partition plate and outer panel of the box component are installed by being inserted, which stabilizes the upright state of the box component and facilitates storage work.Furthermore, each corner can be easily removed by removing the outer panel when taking out stored items. Moreover, the pallet can be taken out by rotating it one and a half times in two places in the same direction at a time, rather than having to stop the rotation four times to take it out, making it extremely easy to take out the pallet.

In addition, the box component has a structure in which the partition plate and the outer panel can be folded or unfolded separately, and the bottom plate and lid are provided separately, so all of the box component members can be placed inside the lid. Since the parts can be stored together, including the pallets, without each part falling apart, storage management becomes extremely easy.

In addition, the partition plates of the box component are made of U-shaped panels that are pasted back to back, and square paper tubes are attached to the outer panels, increasing the strength in the height direction and increasing the strength of the container. This produces excellent effects.
