Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は箱体を構成する段ボール紙からなる複
数枚のパネルと、木製のパレツトとからなるコン

このような組合せからなるコンテナは種々の構
成のものが公知であるが、ほとんどの場合、箱体
構成部分が間仕切及び中仕切を含めて一体的に構
成され、小さく折畳むことができないばかりでな
く、内容物の取り出しの際に側面壁或は間仕切枠
を部分的に取り外すことができず、底部近くにな
るとその取り出し作業が極めて厄介になる。又、
間仕切枠を外せたにしても、その開口方向が四方
になるため、同一方向に取り出すにはパレツトを
グルグル回しながら四回にわたつて内容物を取出
さなければならない。更に、コンテナの再使用の
ために空箱として保管及び輸送する際に、箱体構
成部分が各部毎に分割できず、小さく折畳めない
のでパレツトと一緒に結着すること等ができず、
パレツトとバラバラにして輸送し、保管管理しな
ければならないので両者の数量を合わせることも
必要であつて、作業性が著しく低下する欠点があ

向する一対の側面においてその一部が欠除し、中
央部にのみ立上り壁６ａが形成される。これら各
立上り壁は夫々強度的に優れたものにするために
スペーサ４が取付けられている部分で補強金具７

１３，１４が内側面に一体的に取付けられてい

字状の開口部分に外側パネル１２を配設し、前記

と、前記内側の仕切板と外側パネルとで内部が４
室に区切られた収納部を有する箱体が形成され
る。そして夫々の収納部内には所定の物品が収納
され、上部には蓋体１５，１６が重ね合わされた
状態で２重蓋として施蓋されコンテナが完成す
る。又コンテナ完成後パレツトから蓋部材に至る

ばパレツト１と箱体構成部材とがバラバラになる
ことなく小型コンパクトに纒められ、輸送及び保

取付け、箱体構成部材の起立状態を安定させ収納
作業を容易にし、更には収納物を取り出す際にも
外側パネルを取り外せば各コーナー部がオープン
になり、しかもパレツトを四回も回転を止めて取
り出すのではなく、一度に同一方向の二箇所ずつ
順次一回半転させるだけで取り出せるので、その
