Strengthening is done by injecting a resin liquid such as phenolic resin, allowing it to penetrate into other parts and hardening. However, with this conventional rock consolidation method, the equipment is large-scale, and it takes time and effort to install machinery and prepare for pouring.
Another problem was that field work had to be stopped for a considerable period of time for this injection.

業の中断が極めて短期間ですむという利点がある。[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] Therefore, in order to solve these difficulties, the present inventors installed a sealant (sealing material) such as cloth on one end of the packer made of a hollow pipe, and solved the problem described above. After the packing is impregnated with foamed resin such as urethane resin, the packer is inserted from the other end into a hole previously drilled in the other hole, and in this state, the urethane resin impregnated into the packing is cured. A foam layer is formed around the packer to close the opening of the hole, and then urethane resin, etc. is press-fitted into the packer to fill the gap between the packer and the hole wall, and at the same time, the urethane resin is allowed to penetrate into the ground and harden. A patent application has been filed for this method (Japanese Patent Application No. 144024/1982) for a method of solidifying the rock around the hole while leaving the packer in the hole. That is, in the above method (hereinafter referred to as the "conventional method"), as shown in FIGS. 14 and 15, the ceiling section 29 at the tip of the tunnel face is provided with an upward direction along the arch of the ceiling at predetermined intervals. The packer 30 is inserted into the drilled hole, the opening of the hole is closed with the packing 31 at the base, and in this state, the two-component type is supplied from the tip of the packer 30 from the hose 33 equipped with the connection unit 32. The pores are filled with urethane resin by discharging foamed urethane resin, and the urethane resin is further infiltrated into the ground as shown in the figure and hardened to solidify the bedrock. In the figure, 34 is the shoring, and 35 is the consolidation area. The tunnel is formed in this way by forming the top plate 2 at the tip of the tunnel face.
9 is solidified with hardened resin along the arch of the top plate, the tip of the tunnel face is excavated in this state, and after excavating a certain distance, the top plate part 29 at the tip of the tunnel face is further solidified, and this process is repeated. . In this case, according to the above conventional method,
As shown in FIG. 16, the top plate portion 29 is consolidated by both the packer 30 left in the hole and the consolidated area 35 distributed around it, resulting in extremely strong consolidation. . Furthermore, since no large-sized machinery is required for consolidation, there is no need for costly equipment, and because consolidation is easy, there is an advantage that interruptions in on-site work can be minimized in an extremely short period of time.

間がかかるという難点を生じる。However, in the above construction method, the two-component foamed urethane resin used is a normal urethane resin that takes 3 to 5 minutes to harden after mixing the two components, so the packer 30 is inserted into the hole. When urethane resin is press-fitted, it takes time for the resin that penetrates into other threads to harden, and the area where the resin permeates becomes larger. Therefore, the amount of resin used increases, and at the same time, the time required for press-fitting the resin becomes longer. That is, when press-fitting the urethane resin into the packer 30, when the urethane resin discharged from the tip of the packer 30 penetrates into the ground and hardens, the pressure required for press-fitting the resin suddenly increases (
Therefore, the press-fitting of the resin is stopped using this as a guideline. The longer the curing time of the urethane resin used, the greater the amount of resin liquid press-fitted and the larger the permeation area, which reduces the press-fitting time of the resin liquid. and usage will increase. Further, when press-fitting the urethane resin, the packing 31 must be attached to the packer 30 one by one, which is a complicated operation. Furthermore, as mentioned above, the urethane resin that has penetrated into the ground is cured from the outer circumferential side of the resin infiltration area, and the inside is in an uncured state. It appears to contain water. Therefore, if the ground is particularly flexible, such as sand, there is also the problem that collapse may occur in some cases. Therefore, for the above-mentioned soft piles, it is necessary to spray concrete on the top plate surface prior to consolidation, resulting in the disadvantage that construction takes time.

By using a special two-component foamed urethane resin that has an extremely fast curing speed, which was considered impossible to use due to curing, it is possible to significantly shorten the construction time and at the same time reduce the amount of resin used.
Moreover, when the resin is discharged from the tip of the hollow pipe and flows down near the opening of the hole, it hardens and closes the opening of the hole. There is no need for complicated work such as closing the openings to prevent resin from leaking, and furthermore, concrete spraying can solidify the rock without any treatment even on soft ground such as sand. We discovered this and arrived at this invention.

Although it is possible to use an inert solvent such as C2114Cβ2), pentane, water, etc., it is preferable to mainly use water as a blowing agent from the viewpoint of the impact on workers. However, since methylene chloride acts as a blowing agent and at the same time has the effect of improving the compatibility between the polyol component and components such as catalysts, it is used in an amount of 10% or less of the total, preferably within a range of 0.5 to 3%. It is preferable that When using water as a foaming agent, add water to 0°01 to 0.5
Molar blending is performed. In order to increase the expansion ratio to 15 times, 0.1 to 0.2 mol of water may be added.

It is possible to inject urethane resin into a hole drilled in the ground using a backer, but if the rock bolt newly developed by the present inventors is used, urethane resin can be injected into a hollow pipe such as an L7 bolt. This is suitable because it can be inserted smoothly into long holes without having to be hardened.

are joined with screw joint 3, outer diameter 27 mm, inner diameter 14 m.
m, the total length is set to approximately 3 m, the length B of the packer part 1 is set to 1 m, and the length C of the lock bolt body 2 is set to 2 m. Ten chemical liquid discharge holes 4 each having a diameter of 5 mm are formed on the outer periphery of the tip of the packer part 1. On the other hand, packer part 1
A stepped portion 1a is provided at the rear end adjacent to the threaded portion, on which the stationary mixer 5 shown in FIGS. 2(a) and 2(b) positions its root side ring portion 6, and The packer part 1 is inserted and fixed in a state facing toward the distal end side. The stationary mixer 5 has V-shaped double blades 5b tilted at regular intervals on the left half of the center about a linear central axis 5a extending forward (in the direction of arrow X) from the center of the root side ring portion 6. On the right half, single blades 5C are tilted at regular intervals, and the urethane resin liquids A and B press-fitted into the rock bolt are received on the left and right halves, respectively, and both liquids are directed in the same direction. It is designed to be transferred while turning in the directions of arrows A and B. In this case, the right half has a single blade 5c,
A V-shaped double blade 5b is provided on the left half, and when the urethane resin rotates and transfers from the right half to the left half, the flow velocity is reduced by the action of the V-shaped double blade 5b, which has a wide inlet side and a narrow outlet side. It is sped up, and when it returns from the left half to the right half, it returns to its initial speed. In other words, liquids A and B are mixed while rotating in the same direction due to the difference in flow velocity between the left half and the right half. Since both liquids are not mixed by colliding with each other in the injection process, they are mixed and sent forward while maintaining the initial flow velocity at the time of injection. In other words, the rock bolt is equipped with such a special static mixer 5, which allows the urethane resin, which hardens extremely quickly, to be mixed and transferred without curing in the middle, and to be smoothly discharged from the tip. . In addition, as shown in FIG. 1, at the rear end of the lock bolt body 2, there is a joint 7 with a check valve equipped with a one-touch connection mechanism (not shown) in the opening.
It is jointed with bolts. As shown in FIG. 3, these rock bolts are inserted into holes 9 drilled at predetermined intervals along the arch of the ceiling in the ceiling section 8 at the tip of the tunnel face.
The hose 11 with the connection unit 10 is inserted by being driven upward (angle θ=10 to 20a) and attached to the joint 7 with a check valve at the rear end with a single touch. In FIG. 3, reference numeral 12 denotes a urethane press-in pump that feeds liquids A and B of two-component foamed urethane resin into the hose II.

The bolt shown in Fig. 4(a) is constructed by joining a packer part 1 and a lock bolt body 2 with a threaded joint 3, but the tip of the packer part 1 is open. A drill part (see FIG. 5) 13 is fitted into the part. This drill part 13 has 4 holes on the end surface of the tip.
A number of blades 14 are provided at 90° intervals in the circumferential direction,
A center hole 15 is formed in the center of the end face, and
Peripheral holes 16 are formed between each blade. Note that the joint with a check valve is installed when the urethane resin is press-fitted. Since the other parts are the same as the Rockpol 1 shown in FIG. 1, the same parts are given the same reference numerals. Figure 4(b)

That is, when using a driving type rock bolt, a rock drill 21 such as a jumbo drill is inserted into the top plate part 8 at the tip of the tunnel face at predetermined intervals along the top plate, as shown in FIG. Drill a hole 22 (at an upward angle of 10 to 20'') using the screwdriver. Then, insert the lock bolt shown in FIG. Attach the driving adapter 23 as shown and drive it with a rock drill, Colebic 24, etc. Next, attach the check valve fitting 25 to the rear end of the driven rock bolt as shown in Fig. 8, and then, Hose 11 with connection unit 10, its connection unit)
10 is attached to the joint 25 with a check valve with one touch. Next, pour 15 to 20 kg of urethane resin liquids A and B into the rock bolt from the hose 11.
c+1! Press in with pressure. The A and B liquids press-fitted in this way reach the threaded joint 3 in a laminar flow state, and after reaching the packer part 1, they are transferred to the static mixer 5 (see Figure 1). The mixture is mixed and in that state is discharged from the chemical discharge hole 4 at the tip of the rock bolt. In this case, the urethane resin liquid that is first discharged flows from the tip side of the hole 22 toward the opening, hardens in the process, and becomes completely hardened by the time it reaches the opening of the hole 22, closing the opening and allowing it to be used later. Prevents leakage of discharged resin. Therefore, there is no need to use a gasket to close the opening of the hole 22 as in the conventional method. When the penetrating resin hardens, the press-fitting pressure of the urethane press-fitting pump suddenly increases, so the press-fitting of the resin is stopped and the connection unit 10 is removed with one touch. In this way, the lock bolt is fixed in the hole 22, and the other threads around the hole 22 are solidified with the hardened resin. This state is shown in FIG. In this way, rock bolts are inserted into the holes 22 drilled at predetermined intervals in the ceiling portion 8 at the tip of the tunnel face, and rock consolidation is performed. 26 is a consolidation area. As a result, as shown in FIG. 10, the entire top panel 8 is reinforced by the synergistic effect of the plurality of lock bolts and the consolidated regions 26 around them.

At times, water and air are press-fitted into the rock bolt from the water and air supply pipe 29 provided in the rock drill 28 and discharged from the center hole 15 and outer peripheral hole 16 at the tip of the rock bolt.
The hole is drilled while the soil, sand, etc. scraped by the blade of the rock bolt is moved backward in the hole along the outer periphery of the rock bolt and discharged to the outside from the opening of the hole. In this way, use the rock bolt as a drill to form a hole, leave the rock bolt in the hole, then connect the joint 25 with a check valve to the rear end of the rock bolt, and connect as shown in Fig. 12. In order to press fit into the rock bolt, the urethane resin discharged from the chemical discharge hole on the tip side of the rock bolt hardens as it flows from the tip of the hole drilled in the rock toward the opening, blocking the vicinity of the opening of the hole. This prevents leakage of the urethane resin that is subsequently discharged. Therefore, the complicated work of providing a gasket on the lock bolt to close the hole, as in the conventional method, is no longer necessary. Moreover, since the injected resin properly penetrates into the rock and hardens quickly, there is no need to infiltrate more than the required amount of urethane resin into the rock, which was the case in the past. This will result in a significant time savings. However, according to this invention, the width of the consolidated area formed around the bolt is narrow (as is clear from the comparison between FIG. 10 and FIG. 16), When solidifying the parts, the number of holes to be drilled and the number of lock bolts inserted into them are greater than in the conventional method, but with this invention, the injection time of urethane resin per rock bolt is shorter than in the conventional method. Because it is significantly shorter at 5 to 30 seconds compared to 3 to 5 minutes,
This makes it possible to significantly shorten the overall construction time.

As can be seen from the comparison with Figure 6, the diameter of the consolidated area of the cylindrical cane formed around the rock bolt is smaller in this invention than in the conventional method, but this is sufficient for the reinforcing effect. The conventional method can be said to be of excessive quality.

It is said that it was in Uruchino. Further, according to the method of the present invention, since the urethane resin is cured extremely quickly, a water-containing state due to the presence of uncured resin does not occur in the region permeated with the urethane resin. Therefore, even if the rock is soft such as sand, concrete spraying does not require treatment as in the past.
It is possible to consolidate the rock mass, and it also has the effect of improving workability on soft rock mass.

効果も得られるようになる。(Margins below) Table 3 (Margins below) As is clear from Table 3, since the number of holes is large in Example 1, the drilling time is longer than in the comparative example, but the time required for press-fitting the resin liquid is Since a very short time is sufficient, the press-fitting time can be significantly shortened, and as a result, the total time required from drilling the hole to press-fitting is 1 in Example 1, compared to 220 minutes in Comparative Example 1.
It now takes 17 minutes, a 44% reduction. Moreover, the total amount of chemical solution was 700 kg in the comparative example, whereas it was 208 kg in Example 1, which was a 68% decrease. From this, it can be seen that according to Example 1, it is possible to realize a significant reduction in the fil process time and a significant saving in the amount of chemical liquid used compared to the conventional method. Moreover, according to Example 1, when inserting the lock bolt into the hole and injecting the chemical solution, there is no need to attach a gasket to the lock bolt each time as in the comparative example.
The complication of installing the seal is eliminated, and the effect of improving workability can be obtained.
