BACKGROUND ART Conventionally, as a decoration of structures such as ceilings, walls, floors, etc., and furniture and furnishings, a method has been used to apply various paints to the surfaces. By applying paint, it is possible to provide functional effects such as rust prevention, waterproofing, dew condensation prevention, crack prevention, and mold prevention to the decorated surface, but in terms of decoration, it is not just about color, gloss, etc. However, it had no choice but to remain uniform to the extent that the shape of the painted surface could be changed.

In other words, the present invention enables a wide variety of highly decorative patterns and patterns to be expressed by transferring the rich patterns and patterns by printing into a dry coating film while providing the functionality of a paint. Moreover, the patterns and patterns that appear are not uniform because they vary slightly due to factors such as the time factor when the ink that makes up the surface pattern of the wall covering material dissolves and transfers into the paint film, and the action of the viscosity factor of the paint. It is possible to obtain patterns, patterns, and textures that are difficult to obtain using conventional printing techniques.

First, an arbitrary pattern or design is printed on the cellulose paper or the like using ink containing a dye.
If an ink other than the above-mentioned ink is used, when the water-based paint described later is applied, the ink will not bleed into the opaque water-based paint and will be hidden, making it impossible to form an uki-e pattern. In order for the printed ink to ooze out to the surface of the water-based paint as in the present invention, the binder of the printed ink must be dissolved in the solvent water or dispersion medium water in the water-based paint.
Alternatively, it is necessary to reduce the bonding strength between the binder and the dye, and the coloring material contained in the binder must be diffused and eluted into the water-based paint.

As a result of intensive research into this point, the present inventors discovered a combination of a water-soluble vehicle and a dye in the ink. In addition, in the present invention, the ink can be easily printed on a base material such as cellulose paper using various conventional printing machines (offset printing machine, gravure printing machine, screen printing machine, etc.). be able to. Also, before printing on the base material,
It goes without saying that applying rewetting adhesive processing or adhesive processing to the back side of the base material will not cause any problem.

Next, the decorative material created by the above method is applied to the ceiling, walls, floor, etc. of the structure, as well as furniture, furniture, etc. with an adhesive (e.g., starch paste, synthetic resin emulsion, water-soluble polymer, synthetic resin varnish, etc.). Paste using or pre-calcium silicate plate,
It is attached in the same way to frame boards such as flexible boards, resin boards, iron boards, plywood, cement boards, sheathing boards, etc. However, if it is attached to a building frame board, the decorative material surface will be exposed by attaching the building board to the wall, ceiling, etc. of the structure. After applying the decorative material directly or indirectly to the structure by the method described above, the water-based paint is applied. For this coating method, any conventional coating technique may be used, and for example, spraying, rollers, brushes, etc. may be used. However, before painting, the viscosity of the water-based paint must be adjusted to less than 50,000 centipoise (12 RPM value using a Bruckfield rotational viscometer) by diluting it with water, etc. At 50,000 centipoise or higher, the coloring material in the decorative material does not bleed out, so no ukie pattern is formed. Furthermore, if the thickness of the water-based paint at the time of application is 5 m/m or more, even if the coloring material in the decorative material oozes out, it will not reach near the surface layer of the water-based paint, and as a result, no floating pattern will be formed.

Example 4 A Uki-e pattern plate was created in the same manner as in Example 1,
The Uki-e pattern plate was attached to the mortar base around the corridor using starch glue. After 24 hours have passed, and after confirming that the adhesive has dried, use a spray gun to apply water-based paint (product name: Soft One: crack prevention paint manufactured by Kiku Kagaku Kogyo Co., Ltd.) to a thickness of 0.5 m/m. Painted on. The viscosity when applying water-based paint is
It was 1500 centipoise. After drying, it was confirmed that the floral pattern printed on the uki-e pattern plate was transferred into the water-based paint, and was transferred as an uki-e pattern with a unique texture that is difficult to obtain using conventional printing techniques. Furthermore, the water-based paint has rubber elasticity and has the ability to cover up cracks by elongating the paint film even if cracks occur in the base; however, even after 6 months of painting, there are still no cracks on the painted surface. I couldn't see it at all.
When I peeled off the decoratively treated surface just to be sure, I found that there were considerable cracks in the mortar base. From this, it was confirmed that the function of the water-based paint was working.

As described above, the method for producing an ukie pattern plate of the present invention not only effectively exhibits the functional characteristics of the paint, but also produces a novel ukie pattern plate rich in decorativeness with a unique texture that has not been seen before. It is no exaggeration to say that it has created new possibilities for the decoration of buildings.
