リング状のギヤの内周面及び回転部材の外周面
にそれぞれテーパー面を形成して、ギヤを回転軸
部材の外周にテーパー嵌合すると共に、ばねによ
りリング状ギヤを軸方向に付勢して両テーパー面
を圧接するトルクリミツターにおいて、上記ギヤ
と軸部材とを鋼材により形成し、上記ギヤの歯部
を含む表面に浸炭による硬化層を形成し、ギヤの
内周テーパー面に、セラミツク等の潤滑用表面処
理材からなる溶射潤滑被覆層あるいは塗装焼付潤
滑被覆層を形成したことを特徴とするトルクリミ
