ル外周縁上面5とが面一状となるように構成して

把持用凹部、26は該各把手用凹部25に係合す
る把手であつて、上端のプレート部26Aは各凹
部25内に嵌入すると共にその上面は上板22A
と面一状に構成されている。27は上板22Aの
下面から垂下されたL字板、28は該L字板27
の下端水平部の上方において支柱14に固着され
た受けピース、29はL字板27の下端水平部お
よびピース28を貫通する調整ボルト、30は該
ボルト29に螺合すると共にピース28に固着さ
れたナツトであつて、ボルト29をねじ込んでい
くと、L字板27を介してスタート台22が矢印
A方向へ回動させられるものである。31は支柱
14の上端からスタート台22に沿つて水平にの
びる水平パイプ、32は中央部が該水平パイプ3
