に、外耳道に挿入する耳せんを、電気音響変換器
を内蔵するイヤホン本体に結合してなるイヤホン

く用いられ、音の聴取に供されている。またここ
でいう耳せんの中には耳型耳せん(イヤモール
ド)もふくむ。ところで従来のイヤホンは、第1
図に示すごとくイヤホン本体1から一体に構成さ
れて突出する音導出部1a自体が耳せんの役割も
兼ねているもの、あるいは第2図に示すごとくイ
ヤホン本体1から突出する音導出部1bに別体の
耳せん3を圧入結合したもの等があつた。なお、
4は音孔である。
