[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to a connecting hood for a vehicle that is provided at a connecting portion of a vehicle. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a conventional connecting top for a vehicle has a top rib 4 having a rectangular cross section consisting of side sides 5, top sides 6, bottom sides 7, and corners 8 of a circular arc with a radius of R1 . The hood ribs 4 are arranged in parallel, and a bellows-shaped hood cloth 11 is attached. In such a connected canopy 2,
When attached to the vehicle body 1, the lower side 7 may droop as shown by the dotted line 3, causing contact with the coupler and causing damage. Because of the difference, the hood rib 4 bites due to the rocking during running, and the hood cloth 11
The disadvantage was that it was easily damaged. In order to compensate for these drawbacks, diagonal ribs for parallel arrangement are inserted into the canopy ribs 4 and the canopy cloth 11 and each canopy rib 4 are sutured to prevent drooping, or a wire rope is installed on the surface of the connecting canopy 2. Some were installed to prevent drooping. moreover,
To prevent the above-mentioned drooping, there are other lifting devices that have tension springs arranged in a V-shape to pull up the central part, but all of them have complicated structures, have many parts, increase weight, and are difficult to maintain. It had the disadvantage of being. An object of the present invention is to provide a connecting top for a vehicle that can prevent local damage to the top cloth and prevent it from drooping. The present invention provides a connecting hood for vehicles arranged between connected vehicles, including a hood cloth that forms and covers a communication passage between the connected vehicles, and a plurality of arcuate curves that are smoothly connected and protrude outward. a plurality of hood ribs formed around the entire circumference so as to correspond to the vehicle body opening, and arranged inside the hood cloth in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body;
The present invention is characterized by comprising an outer tightening member that tightens the hood cloth from the outside over the entire circumference between the hood ribs with the hood ribs arranged inside the hood cloth. Next, the present invention will be explained with reference to FIGS. 3 to 6. In Figures 3 and 4, 9 is the radius
The hood bone consists of the side 5' of the arcuate curve with radius R 2 , the upper edge 6' of the arcuate curve with radius R 3 , the lower edge 7' of the arcuate curve with radius R 4 , and the corner 8' of the arcuate curve with radius R 5 . The arcuate curves are each smoothly connected and protrude outward, and the shape corresponds to the opening of the vehicle body by the combination of the arcuate curves. Reference numeral 10 denotes an outer tightening ring for arranging the hood ribs 9 in parallel inside the hood cloth 11 and tightening between the hood ribs 9 from the outside of the hood cloth 11. Reference numeral 12 denotes a padding cloth that covers the outer tightening ring 10. According to such a configuration, since the canopy ribs 9 are smoothly connected and formed into a plurality of arcuate curves protruding outward, when the outer tightening ring 10, which is an outer tightening member, is tightened, the force is As shown in Figure 4, it acts on the entire circumference of the connecting hood 2'. For this reason, there is no place where force is applied locally, and since the multiple arcs are connected smoothly, there are no protruding parts compared to the conventional method where straight parts are connected by arcs. It is possible to prevent the hood rib 9 and the hood cloth 11 from shifting due to deviation between the front and rear vehicle bodies, and to prevent damage to the hood cloth 11. Further, all of the arcuate curves are formed to protrude outward, and even when the hood cloth 11 is tightened with the outer tightening ring 10, the hood rib 9 as a whole approximates a spherical shape, so that it is not strongly deformed. It has a difficult structure. Therefore, the tightening force when tightening with the outer tightening ring 10 can be improved, and since the tightening force acts on the entire outer periphery, the contraction force in the direction of expansion and contraction of the connecting hood 2' is strong and This occurs around the periphery and can prevent drooping. Note that the shrinking force can be adjusted by adjusting the tightening force of the outer tightening ring 10. Moreover, by forming the shape of the top rib 9 with a plurality of arcuate curves, it can be formed without wasting space corresponding to the opening for the connection passage of the vehicle body. Next, another embodiment in which the connecting top according to the present invention is used in a monorail vehicle will be described with reference to FIGS. 5 and 6. In the figure, the cross section of the connecting hood 2'' is an arcuate curve with a radius of R 6 on the upper side 6', R 1 on the side 5', R 8 on the lower side 7', and R 9 on the corner 8'. It is shaped like a balloon to match the shape of the vehicle. 15 The sound hood is designed to prevent noise generated from under the floor from radiating toward the sides of the vehicle.Shiya sound hood 1
5 is composed of a vertical hood rib 20 and a hood cloth bellows 21, and a connecting piece 1 is provided approximately at the center of the side 5' of the hood rib 9'.
6. Attachment end 1 of vertical canopy 20 via attachment bracket 17
9 is installed. 18 is a canopy that covers the space between the two connection points. Although both ends of the bow hood 15 are not shown, they are attached to the end portion 23 of the vehicle. According to this configuration, since the cross-sectional shape of the connecting canopy 2'' is an arcuate curve, the rigidity of the connecting canopy 2'' is improved as described in the embodiment of the present invention. Therefore, the shingle hood 15 can be attached without providing any other support device. Further, as mentioned above, since the tightening force acts over the entire circumference, this is particularly effective when the opening corresponding to the communication passage is large and the tightening force is strong, such as in the monorail vehicle of this embodiment. . As explained above, according to the present invention, the strength of the hood is improved by forming the entire periphery of the hood with a plurality of arcuate curves that are connected smoothly and protrude outward to correspond to the opening of the vehicle body. This makes it possible to strengthen the tightening force, prevent the connecting top from drooping, and provide a connecting top that can fit into the opening of the vehicle body without creating unnecessary space. Therefore, no member is required to prevent drooping, the structure is simple, the number of parts is small, and maintenance is easy. Furthermore, since the hood ribs are smoothly formed by a plurality of arcuate curves as described above, local damage to the hood cloth due to misalignment between the hood ribs and the hood fabric can be prevented.
