Detailed Description of the Invention 3. Detailed Description of the Invention (Field of Industrial Application) The present invention relates to a detergent mixed with fine powder, particularly a detergent mixed with white marble polishing slag.

Conventionally, as detergents containing fine powders, for example, cleansers in which mixed powders of diatomaceous earth, inner nitrogen, pumice, lucium carbonate, etc. are added to a neutral detergent are known. This cleanser is often used to remove oil adhering to dishes, tiles, range hoods, etc., for example.

A large amount of mixed powder such as pumice stone and calcilum carbonate is generally added to serve as a polishing powder.
If the powder is not rinsed thoroughly with a large amount of water after cleaning, the powder will remain on the cleaned area, and this residue will need to be cleaned again. Therefore, cleaning with a cleanser was troublesome and took a lot of time.

Further, the particle size of the above-mentioned powder needs to be adjusted for use in cleansers, but it is relatively expensive to make it into a fine powder in the preparation process, so particles with a wide particle size distribution have been used. Therefore, there is a risk of damaging tableware etc. during washing. Of course 1
Products with finer particles are also commercially available, but these require special treatment to control the particles, making them more expensive than products used for washing dishes.

In addition, the white marble polishing slag in the present invention is obtained by compressing the primary slag produced in the process of polishing crushed white marble to produce a white marble surface of five-colored gravel for use in aquariums for goldfish, tropical fish, etc., gardens, etc.
It is obtained by dehydration.

To manufacture this white marble surface, as shown in the first figure, crushed white marble is put into a polishing machine 1 together with an abrasive material and water and polished, so a very large amount of mud-like primary slag is discharged during the process. This sludge is usually collected in a mold, compressed by a compressor 2, dehydrated and made into blocks, transported to a landfill and dumped, and the water discharged from the dehydration is filtered by a filter 3. The water is reused as polishing water for the polishing machine 1.

According to the Coulter Counter method, it can be confirmed that the white marble polishing slag produced in the manufacturing process of the white marble surface consists of extremely fine particles with a particle size distribution of 9 as shown in Table 1. Furthermore, as it is clear from the number and volume of the particles that they are distributed, the majority of them are fine particles, so if you use them as a fine powder to be mixed with detergent, there is no risk of damaging the items being cleaned. The invention has been completed.

Table 1 and 2 In the present invention, as mentioned above, 25% of the surfactant
~50 parts by weight, and 75 to 50 parts by weight of white marble polishing slag is because if the surfactant is less than 25 parts by weight, there will be too much white marble polishing slag, and the two will not be mixed sufficiently. This is because polishing slag of white marble remains after cleaning the object. On the other hand, if the surfactant exceeds 50 parts by weight, it has been experimentally confirmed that problems such as delathering, poor rinsing properties, and stickiness caused by the surfactant occur.

Table 2 First, when considering ordinary items such as ceramic tableware, glass pots, stainless steel water tanks for sinks, and tiles, in the case of example 1, there was too little surfactant and it did not mix well with the polishing slag, so it could be used as a detergent. In case (1), which was not used, there was no damage to the regular product when it was washed, but powder remained even after rinsing.

As explained above, the detergent according to the present invention has 25 surfactants.
-50 parts by weight and 75 to 50 parts by weight of white marble polishing slag as the main ingredients, so the white marble polishing slag has good peelability from oil adhering to tableware, etc. It has good cleaning power not only for ordinary items to be cleaned, but also for oil-stained range hoods, etc., and does not cause any damage when cleaning.

In addition, since it has good compatibility with surfactants, rinsing is simple and no fine powder remains on the cleaning surface or in the cleaning area.

Furthermore, the present invention focuses on the fine particle size of polishing slag, which was previously discarded as waste obtained in the process of polishing white marble to manufacture cobblestones, and uses this as the main raw material, making it inexpensive. In addition to being able to provide detergent, it is extremely advantageous from the viewpoint of resource reuse.
