ード発行機と、前記カードの挿入によって該登録番号を
読取り、前記メモリに格納された該登録番号と残高を照
合し、残高以内の範囲で貸玉を行ない、該カードに残高
が残つている時はメモリの残高を減額した後カードを返
却し、若しくは該カードの残高がゼロの時には該カード
を内部に取込む玉貸機と該取込んだカードを所定個所ま
で導くカード回収装置と、前記返却されたカードの挿入
によつて該登録番号を読取り、前記メモリに格納された
該登録番号の残高を照会し、該残高を払戻し、且つメモ
リ内の残高を更新し該カードを内部に取込む残金払戻機
とによつて該カードの再利用を可能としたことを特徴と
