Abstract

PURPOSE:To average the user frequency of a line in case of selecting a combination, by executing a combined arithmetic operation by a prescribed priority pattern in accordance with a prescribed priority order, with regard to an object to be weighed, which has been weighed by plural weighing equipments. CONSTITUTION:Weighing signals from plural weighing equipments 17-1-17-n are sent out to weighed value storage part 22-1-22-n, respectively, of a control part, and stored therein. A priority allocating circuit 23 rearranges weighed values from the storage parts 22-1-22-n, based on an elapsed time after an object to be weight has been contained in weighing hoppers 16-1-16-n, and stores them in priority storage parts 24-1-24-n, in order from a large elapsed time. Each storage value which has been stored in the priority storage part is inputted to a combination adder 26 through switches 25-1-25-n which are turned on in accordance with a pattern output from a combined pattern generating circuit 27. Said combined pattern becomes a combined pattern by which said switches are turned on with a priority degree in order of its number. Accordingly, the weighed value of said object to be weighed, whose elapsed time is long is brought to a combined arithmetic operation preferentially.

Is this type of device common? ! For the objects to be weighed by two scales, perform combination addition for all combination patterns based on the measurement values, and select the one that is equal to or closest to the set value from among the added values. Then, the objects to be weighed corresponding to the combination pattern giving the selected hindrance value are discharged and collected.

That is, as shown in FIG. 4, each &1 quantity value from the measuring instruments 1-1 to 1-n, etc. is transmitted via the switches 3-1 to 3-n, which are turned ON by the pattern output of the combination pattern generation circuit 2. The signals are then input to the combination adder 4, where combinations are added in a predetermined order.

In the next combination selection, the weight values of the objects to be weighed whose combinations were not selected last time are rearranged by the circuit 23 to the upper parts of the priority storage units 24-1 to 24-n, so that they are preferentially added to the combinations. Therefore, similarly to the above, when the addition result of the combination addition falls within the set weight range, the combination addition is stopped, and the combination forward pattern at this time is inversely converted by the conversion circuit 32, and the selected combination is weighed. In addition, in the above embodiment, the layer end assignment was carried out according to the residual time of the wave gauge object, but the shape of the object to be weighed accommodated in the weighing hopper is detected by, for example, an image sensor, and the shape of the object is detected. It is also possible to preferentially combine good items with bad items, or preferentially combine items with high and low weights of individual objects to be weighed.

Furthermore, in the determination circuit of the above embodiment, when an addition result within the set weight range is input, the combination addition is immediately stopped and the wave meter tel of this combination is discharged. The determination circuit 28' may be configured as shown in FIG. 1 to select the combination that obtains the minimum addition result within the set weight range as a result of combination addition of all different combination patterns.
