PURPOSE:To obtain a cosmetic having excellent applicability and giving durable make-up, by treating inorganic and/or organic powder with an organic silicone polymer containing >=2 kinds of specific silicone structural units and using the resultant hydrophobic powder as a component of the cosmetic. CONSTITUTION:One or more kinds of powder selected from inorganic powder and organic powder are treated with (A) an organic silicone polymer containing >=2 kinds of silicone structural units of formula SiO2, RSiO3/2, R2SiO or R3SiO1/2 (R is 1-4C alkyl or phenyl) (excluding the polymer solely composed of a combination of R2SiO and R3SiO1/2) or with the component A and (B) a silicone oil of formula (n is integer of 5-2,000; R is H, lower alkyl or phenyl). 【特許請求の範囲】 (1)無機粉体及び有機粉体からなる群より選ばれた1
種又は2種以上の粉体を、下記(A)で示されるシリコ
ーン構造単位の2種以上を含む有機シリコーン重合体(
但し、R_2SiOとR_3SiO_1_/_2のみの
組合せからなる重合体は除く)で処理して得られる疎水
化粉体を配合することを特徴とする化粧料。 (A)(1)SiO_2 (2)RSiO_3_/_2 (3)R_2SiO (4)R_3SiO_1_/_2 (Rは炭素数1〜6までのアルキル基またはフェニル基
または水素基を表わす。) (2)無機粉末及び有機粉末からなる群より選ばれた1
種又は2種以上の粉体を、下記(A)で示されるシリコ
ーン構造単位の2種以上を含む有機シリコーン重合体(
但し、R_2SiOとR_3SiO_1_/_2のみの
組合せからなる重合体は除く)及び下記一般式(B)で
表わされるシリコーン油で処理して得られる疎水化粉末
