Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a plaster resistant to the decrease of active component and evaporation of water, etc., and effective in preventing the lowering of the functions of the plaster such as analgesic activity, anti-inflammation activity, etc., by putting a plaster in a bag composed of a substrate and a cover, thereby shielding the plaster from outer atmosphere. CONSTITUTION:A plaster 5 exerting analgesic and anti-inflammatory actions, et., to diseased part is put into a bag 4 to shield the plaster from the outer atmosphere. The bag 4 is composed of a substrate 1 to support the plaster 5 and a cover 3 covering the plaster and closely bonded to the substrate at whole circumferential edge. The bag 4 is provided with a inlet 6 at a part and the plaster 5 is filled into the bag 4 through the inlet in liquid state or pasty state and solidified or extended to a uniform thickness before sealing the inlet 6. EFFECT:It is not necessary to prepare a particular bag for packaging the plaster and, accordingly, the production cost and packaging labor can be saved.

(Prior Art) It is widely practiced to apply a patch to the affected area for pain relief or anti-inflammation in the event of a sprain, bruise, muscle pain, joint pain, or bone fracture pain. Conventionally, this type of patch has been made by applying a paste as an analgesic and anti-inflammatory drug to a uniform thickness over the entire upper surface of a cloth such as a non-woven fabric, and then covering the surface of the paste with a plastic film. there were. Each bag contained one or more than ten patches. If more than ten patches are stored in a bag, when the bag is opened to use only one patch, for example, the remaining patches will not come into contact with the outside air. I folded the opened part of the bag and stored it.

(Problem to be Solved by the Invention) However, with the above-mentioned conventional patch, even if the unsealed part of the bag is folded to prevent the remaining patch from coming into contact with the outside air after the bag is opened,
The inside of this bag is not completely isolated from the outside air. Therefore,
In the case of remaining patches, the volatile active ingredients and water contained in each patch evaporate from the open areas surrounding the patch or from non-woven fabrics, etc., reducing the analgesic and anti-inflammatory functions of the patch. If the evaporation continued for a long period of time, the plaster would harden and irritate the skin, and the patch would easily peel off from the affected area. In addition, when one patch is stored in a bag, one bag is required for one patch, resulting in high costs.

Structure of the Invention (Means for Solving the Problems) In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides a method for storing a plaster that has analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects on the affected area in a bag to isolate it from the outside air. The bag is made up of a support on which the plaster is placed, and a cover that covers the plaster and whose entire periphery is in close contact with the support.

(Function) In this invention, each patch is placed in a bag consisting of a support and a cover and sealed to isolate it from the outside air, which reduces the amount of active ingredients contained in the patch and prevents moisture from entering. Evaporation is prevented, and the deterioration of the analgesic, anti-inflammatory, and other functions of the plaster on the affected area is also prevented. In addition, since the support and cover are used as a bag, there is no need to make a bag for storing the patch separately from the support and cover for the patch, which not only reduces costs, but also reduces the cost of the bag. It also saves you the trouble of storing patches inside each time.

When using the patch constructed as described above, cut one side edge of the bag 4, open it, peel off the cover body 3 that covers the surface of the plaster 5, and apply it to an affected area such as a sprain or bruise. Paste. At this time, secure the patch with a bandage or tape as necessary.

As described above, in this example, the plaster 5 was placed one by one into the bag 4 formed from the support 1 and the cover 3 and sealed. After using a part of the patch, there is no risk that the active ingredients contained in the remaining patch will decrease or the water will evaporate. Therefore, there is no risk that the plaster 5 will reduce its ability to relieve sprains, bruises, etc. and to eliminate inflammation, and the plaster 5 can maintain its original function for a long period of time.

In addition, since the support 1 and the cover 3 are used as the bag 4, unlike in the case of conventional patches, the bag for storing the patch is separate from the support 1 and the cover 3 of the patch. There is no need to make one, and the trouble of storing each patch in the bag can also be saved. In such a case, the cost is lower than when each patch is put into a bag one by one.

(1) As shown in FIG. 4, a plurality of plasters 5 are successively placed on the upper surface of a long strip-shaped support 1 at predetermined intervals, and then the same long strips are placed on the upper surface of these plasters 5. The cover bodies 3 of the above are overlapped, and the cover bodies 3 and the support body 1 are fused to each other at their both side edges and between each plaster body 5 to form a plurality of bags 4 arranged in a continuous manner, and further, these bags are The patch may be manufactured by stretching the plaster 5 in the patch 4 into a rectangular planar shape so that the entire thickness is uniform. When manufactured in this manner, a plurality of patches are connected in a band shape. These patches may be cut into individual sheets during the manufacturing process, or perforations (not shown) may be made so that they can be easily separated one by one after manufacturing.

Effects of the Invention As detailed above, in this invention, each patch is placed in a bag consisting of a support and a cover and sealed to isolate it from the outside air, so that the active ingredients contained in the patch of the patch are It prevents moisture from evaporating and reducing the pain relief and anti-inflammatory functions of the plaster on the affected area.Furthermore, since the support and cover are used as a bag, it is easy to store the patch. There is no need to make a bag for the patch separately from the support and cover for the patch, which not only reduces costs but also eliminates the hassle of storing the patch in the bag. .
