て所定の減衰作用を惹起させるオリフイス手段と
、 前記外筒金具若しくは前記内筒金具から、前記
複数の流体収容室の少なくとも一つの室内に、該
内筒金具の軸心に略直角に延び出させられ、前記
ゴム弾性体の軸心方向の振動入力による該流体収
容室内での前記非圧縮性流体の流動を抑制せしめ
て、所定の粘性減衰作用を惹起せしめる抵抗手段
