Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent a wind shield glass from being stained in a wind shield glass cleaning device equipped with a cleaning fluid pipe line and a fresh water pipe line by making the pipe line resistance of the cleaning fluid pipe line greater than that of the fresh water pipe line. CONSTITUTION:A cleaning fluid pipe line 26 is formed with a cleaning fluid tube 16 and connecting branch 25 of a connector 18, and a fresh water pipe line 27 is formed with a fresh water tube 17 and the connecting section 22 of the connector 18. And as a whole, the cleaning fluid pipe line 26 is made smaller in diameter and longer than the fresh water pipe line 27. Furthermore, the pipe line resistance of the cleaning fluid pipe line 26 is made greater than that of the fresh water pipe line 27 by forming a bend angle theta. This constitution makes the quantity of cleaning fluid injection less than that of fresh water thereby making cleaning fluid hardly disperse. As a result, cleaning fluid can be positively sprayed within the wiping area of a front wind shield glass so as to prevent the wind shield glass from being stained.

By the way, the cleaning liquid used in such vehicle windshield glass cleaning equipment contains surfactant, and if such cleaning liquid scatters outside the wiping area of the windshield glass, it will be wiped away by the wiper. There have been problems in that the cleaning liquid tends to stick to the windshield glass surface without being removed, and the dust from driving adheres to this sticky cleaning liquid, making the windshield glass surface easily dirty.

As shown in FIG. 1, the vehicle windshield glass cleaning device 13 according to the present embodiment includes a cleaning liquid tank 14 and a fresh water tank 15, and is connected to a cleaning liquid tube 16 and a fresh water tube 17, respectively. 18 , and the connector 18 and nozzle 19 are connected by a connecting pipe 20 . In addition, Fig. 1 Nakatsutsu No. 2
1 is a pump, and the same pump 21 is used for the cleaning liquid tank 14 and the fresh water tank 15. In this embodiment, the cleaning liquid tube 16 is longer than the fresh water tube 17, and the inner diameter of the cleaning liquid tube 16 is smaller than the inner diameter 11 of the fresh water tube 17. Moreover, as shown in FIG. 2, the connector 18 is configured as a so-called three-way connector, and the connection part 22 with the fresh water tube 17 and the connection part 23 with the connection pipe 20 have the same inner diameter! It is formed as a main pipe 24 having L2. On the other hand, the connection part 25 with the cleaning liquid tube 16 is provided to protrude obliquely with respect to the main pipe 24 with a predetermined bending angle of 0, and its inner diameter 3 is equal to the inner diameter of the main pipe 24.
It is formed smaller than.

Therefore, in this embodiment, as shown in FIG.
7 and the connecting portion 22 of the main pipe 24 forming the connector 18 form a fresh water conduit 27. and,
As mentioned above, the cleaning liquid pipe 26 as a whole is connected to the fresh water pipe 27.
Because it is longer and thinner than the clean water pipe 27 and has a bending angle of 0, the pipe resistance of the washing fluid pipe 26 is lower than that of the fresh water pipe 27.
is larger than the pipe resistance.

When the pump 21 of the washing liquid tank 14 is activated,
The cleaning liquid is supplied to the cleaning liquid tube 1 constituting the cleaning liquid pipe line 26.
6, the connecting part 25 of the connector 18, and the connecting pipe 20, and are injected from the nozzle 19. In this case, as mentioned above, the cleaning liquid pipe 26 is formed to have a higher pipe resistance than the fresh water pipe 27, so the amount of washing liquid spouted out is smaller than that of fresh water, and it is difficult to scatter, so it is reliable. It is sprayed within the wiping area of the front windshield glass.

In this embodiment, the length of the cleaning liquid tube 16 and the connection technique 25 between the cleaning liquid tube 16 and the connector 18 are
Although the explanation has been given using an example in which the inner diameter of the cleaning liquid tube 16 is made small, the present invention is not limited to this embodiment. However, the conduit resistance may be increased, or the conduit resistance may be increased only by the bending angle of the connecting part 25 of the connector 18 with respect to the main pipe 24.

Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 3, a cylindrical orifice 28 may be inserted into the cleaning liquid tube 16 to obtain a larger pipe resistance, and the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment.

[Effects of the Invention] As described above, in the present invention, the pipe resistance of the cleaning liquid pipe is formed to be greater than the pipe resistance of the fresh water pipe, and the cleaning liquid sprays out less than fresh water and is less likely to scatter. This ensures that it is sprayed within the wiping area of the front windshield glass.
